I usually order Luigi's on a weekly basis spending over $40-$60.The past few weeks I've been sorely disappointed.I've called each time informing them.I understand they are short staff most of the time but, it's no excuse when they advertise how delicious their food is then turn around delivering food they themselves wouldn't eat.When the food is hot and fresh it's sooo good.When it's not hot nor fresh, it's heartbreaking.I've had enough hoping the food is good only to be disappointed.So, for now I'mma spend my hard earned money somewhere else.You wreap what you sow.Actions speak louder than words and pretty pictures.
I cannot believe the food I just paid almost $70 for Absolute worst meal ever if I wanted cold cuts on my pasta I would have gone to the deli chicken Alfredo had nothing absolutely nothing to do with what was in my plate and the chicken wings were not fried looks like maybe they were boiled pizza was just as bad I don’t recommend that anybody ever go there and waste their money I should have known when we drove To the restaurants there was absolutely not one person there that should have been my red flag
Pizza always some what cold, still have to put in microwave to make it HOT! MGT SHOULD GIVE NO PARTICAL CREDIT WHEN YOU HAVE SPENT OVER 50.00. THEN THEY STILL WANT YOU TO PAY MORE OUT YOUR POCKET!!!
We moved here 2 months ago from Las Vegas. And we love our pizza. Wings and Subs. We took a chance on Luigi's Pizza and FELL IN LOVE! We won't eat any other pizza. wings or subs. The food is the best we have had. Seriously. The delivery always comes in a timely manner and the drivers are so sweet. Food is always hot and never disappointing. The ranch dressing is so delicious. I am actually waiting on my weekly pizza order now. Thank you Luigi's Pizza ?.
I don't know if you can tell from the pictures but these are my bread sticks I received today with my delivery. They are almost entirely raw. I understand things happen but they are raw! I opened the box and could instantly see they were raw and I've never cooked a pizza in a pizza shop before. How does a person who cooks pizza all day not see it? The entire order was undercooked but the pizza was at least edible. The breadsticks and cookie went to the trash. Such a shame.
Just placed an order for a giant ham and mushroom pizza for pick up. Got home,its ham and pineapple. Their solution? Drive the wrong one back so they can give me the right one I ordered, paid for, drove to get, drove their wrong pizza back to get the right one. This place literally NEVER takes responsibility for their mistakes. I'm about to start taking notes of my cost in doing business with you and sue for expenses for just buying pizza from people who NEVER GET IT RIGHT!!! The only one losing is me! Hate yall!
I called to place an order and they were very rude. Loudy huffing when I asked the price of a pizza and then when I tried to place the order they interrupted me asking for my number and then hung up the phone before I could answer them. I will definitely not be going back to them
As long as you order before 5pm or it’s not a busy weekend, they’re so fast with delivery. Been ordering from here for years and in that time only had 2 issues, which is pretty good for any place let alone a restaurant! Definitely recommend
Not sure what staffing issues are going on but HOLY SMOKES!!! Takes longer than 2 hours for a pizza!!! Hey yall..Jets is better (potentially less healthy)
This place used to be my spot. Tonight I ordered a thick crust double pep for pickup. Was told it was a 60-70 minute wait but I didnt mind that. I get there to pick it up and was told my pizza would be right out, only to find out it's been sent out for delivery. I finally get the pizza and theres barely and pepperoni and hardly a dash of cheese. I paid 20 bucks for this slap in the face and while I'm in there, I see their largest pizza for 13.99 w 3 toppings. I called to let them know they messed up my order, was put on hold and then hung up on. Definetly wont be coming back.
