Two out of three isn’t bad I guess? Two of our pizzas were pretty good and prepared correctly and then the last one (half cheese half pepperoni) literally had no cheese on the cheese only side, maybe just a sprinkle on two of the slices but one had none at all… not sure what happened and honestly was quite shocked. We will probably try this location again but will definitely double check the pizzas in store lol.
We have been ordering from this store since 2015. As we have not had many complaints, I must say, whomever made the dough for our pizza tonight is a super star! We ordered around 9:25pm. The dough was so light and fluffy. It leveled up the entire pizza! I hope that the person responsible for this gets the praise they deserve from management! Thank you for the love you put into the pizza dough!
Cooks do not wear gloves or hair nets and play with their hair among other things while cooking pizzas. Mgr says he doesn't have time to watch everything they do but they are supposed to wash their hands. Regardless, it was witnessed a cook pull his hair up in a ponytail and immediately started making pizzas. The Mgr has a nasty attitude. Waving his hands and talking very disrespectful when brought to his attention. Not to mention his employees had to ask him to come up front 3x. He was obviously very busy in his office ? DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Unless, you don't mind a little hair grease and other things in your food. Being sanitary is not the priority and supervision is well.... something the Mgr doesn't have time for.
Hello I'm emailing you in regards of the the customer service, I have received at the Luigi's on fort Campbell Blvd. The last two times I have stopped in to pickup my orders, which haven't been ready not even started. The evening crew needs to work on their customer service they come off as unmotivated, lazy, just like they would rather be anywhere else but at work. They all go out to smoke at the same time. Stand in a circle by the back door which just looks bad honestly. They need up the order and make you wait 15 minutes just to recut the same pizza and give it back which I'm wasn't trying to get anything for free just didn't want an unsanitary and cold pizza. I don't understand what would take so long if they was just going to recut the same pizza. And when I ask for refund me they started to walk around in circles and no one knew how to do a refund
There is this guy that works and I had two encounters of where I asked for my pickup and he claimed that “he couldn’t find my order” I don’t know what his issue but I feel that he didn’t try. Whenever someone else does it they were able to pull it up and find me in the system. Sounds like someone didn’t want to do their job. I never had issues ordering here but with this particular guy it’s always an issue.
Never again! Placed an order online and after waiting almost 2 hours it finally arrived. Oh and it took me calling to ask about the delivery status, the lady tells me "he's bagging it up right now, and he'll be on the way." Sadly, I paid with a card and tipped over $5 for lukewarm AND burnt food! Very disappointed considering Luigis used to be REALLY good.
I love this place they are always so nice and polite. Customer service is amazing. My delivery guys are always great, the food is AMAZING and I love the salad and subs. So good ? always tastes amazing and it's always hot and fresh
Just moved to Clarksville and ordered for the first time. Delivery was about 80 minutes and we decided to give it a try. So worth the wait. We got the 20 inch and best decision ever! We will definitely be coming back!

I used to order from here all the time. It used to be a decent place. But this will be the last time I order from here. We waited over a hour and a half for one large pepperoni pizza, also the quality of the pizza is awful now. Very disappointing. When the pizza arrived it was cold and I had to reheat the pizza. Save your money money. Little Caesars on tiny town has better quality pizza at better price.
