Girl in the front have so much attitude and made the environment feel uncomfortable. Talking about another employee negatively in front of customers, swearing. Saying that person is going to get fired, and acting like that person was stealing money. She asked if everyone saw that employee touch her register and if money went missing it wasn’t her fault. It was just awkward. Also, they are on their phones openly. I sat there for 30 min. First time at this location and it wasn’t inviting
With the new management this Little Ceasars has come a long way.They are much faster with the orders and the employees are more easily approachable and much more helpful. ?
This is my go-to place for a quick and easy pickup HOWEVER this visit was very different. The drive-thru line was looonnng. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get to the window. When I finally did, I was asked to wait. Again it was another 5 minutes or more before I was asked about my order. I was late for the meeting I was picking up pizza for. The employee seemed oblivious to the line or the delays.
I called in to inquire if an order over the phone with payment was possible for 10 hot and readys. The apparent manager refused and said only in person can an order this large be placed. I pulled in the drive through and kindly requested the number on hand and proceeded to buy them all. As the transition was being placed, the manager came from the back visually angered and glared through the window at me. He proceeded to verbally castigate the young man who took my order followed by rudely and with glaring anger look on his face to hand me my order with zero words being spoken. The bottom line is chill out manager guy it’s a HOT AND READY PIZZA, more can be made. I will in the future stick to dijornoes frozens they provide better customer service than little Caesar’s ever could.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a pick up order stolen by someone claiming to be DoorDash, store is blaming us on trying to steal food when we are just trying to get the PICK UP order we did through the Little Caesar’s app that had ZERO to do with DoorDash. We proved to the store that our order, still marked “in progress”, was a PICK UP order and the employees were absolutely disgusting and rude claiming we were trying to scam free food and we needed to track down some random person who stole our food. All of this over a $12 order and we don’t even have a DoorDash account. This store needs some serious customer service training and DoorDash needs to figure out what the hell is going on with their partnership.
Was the badest Pizza store that I ordered and I never will do it again, take one hour to fix 2 Pizzas and when I ask them what’s going on they never listen to me. The people was behind me live before and also they have the worming container full, so I never comeback at this place so if you want go I recomend you go tho the drive thru.
Employees are rude. The store is constantly closed after 5pm. Food is never fresh. They said they don’t have any Italian bread. Worst store.
Tried to order deep dish there several times they either say they don't have deep dish or it will take 45 minutes. Horrible service for a business. The staff lies to keep for making pizza ordered.
Great pizza at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that the drive thru line for pick up can really back up during lunch on weekdays so plan on it taking longer.
Drove to this store and was greeted with the most horrible attitude. All i wanted was a pizza and they legit didnt have a single pizza for me to buy. If you dont have pizza just close the store and put up a sign. FOR REAL!!!
