I've been to all of the Lasater's locations in Clarksville now and they are great for a quick flavored coffee drink. They are my go-to spot for a mocha when driving through the area. For those that desire it, they have several dairy alternates. The staff is always friendly at each location.
I absolutely Love Lasaters! The atmosphere is great and their coffee lives up to the hype! So glad I came in today!
Absurdly slow service. I have been in the food service industry for years. I understand being understaffed, training new employees and being busy. However, it is hard to have patience when you see employees standing there with their hands in their aprons while there is something they can be doing, that is not an acceptable excuse for being slow. Especially when you work at a coffee shop, it’s 06:45 and people are trying to get to work on time. If the employees were showing the slightest bit of hustle and haste I could be sympathetic, but not when you see them standing there as if they’re bored while there are customers in the drive-thru and at the counter.
I just had the best experience at Lasaters coffee at Wilma Rudolph location. My breakfast sandwich was literally huge and delicious and my iced caramel latte was so good! The barista I saw around 6:20 am through the drive-through was so sweet and personable. Gave me a great start to my morning.
love their hot white chocolate mocha u give a 4 today because my bagel was so cold and the cheesse not melted at all
First visit.Ordered the blended medium caffe mocha with heavy whip cream, chocolate drizzle, and powdered cinnamon sprinkled on top.The drink was good, but here is a heads up to those that like whip cream on their drink. They have a sign posted at the order counter that explains “Due to the increasing cost of heavy whip, beginning March 7th all whipped cream on drinks will require an additional charge. We apologize for the inconvenience.”Per the menu, the cost of whip cream is $1.25.Ouch.To be fair, the drink was good.I was satisfied with how it was presented and tasted. It was smooth, a tad sweeter than I would have preferred, but not too sweet to make the drink unpalatable. The medium size blended comes with two shots of espresso, which was plenty coffee for me.But, IMO, the cost is on the high side.Total was $7.34.Speaking from a customers perspective, I know I can get a comparable beverage at Starbucks for $5.25. That’s a 30% discount, and a hard sell for me going forward.Just being honest.I will complement the coffee shop on the atmosphere.First coffee shop I’ve been to in a while that didn’t have any music playing in the background.I can’t express enough how much I appreciated the absence of noise in this cafe.Of course, notwithstanding the harsh sound of blenders crushing ice, but that’s almost everywhere. For seating, there are 4 booths that can comfortably seat 4 adults. The booths were actually comfy, and a good space to layout a laptop or simply read. There is also some high counter seating along the glass windows at the entrance.Aside from that, the baristas were friendly, albeit a little backed up, but they did apologize for the wait. All in all, glad I gave Lasters a try.If you’re looking for a good drink in a relatively quiet cafe, where you’ll have booth seating that accommodates work/studying needs, this could be your next discovery.Oh, last helpful mention. They do have a covered drive-thru.So rain or shine you can get coffee anytime. ?
First experience at the Lasater on Wilma and I will now drive across town to go and get coffee! I have never heard a more friendly and welcoming voice that Tyler’s over the speaker! I get to the window and Tyler has the most vibrant personality and smile! Seriously it’s so nice to see someone so friendly with the crazy world we live in. Thank you so much Tyler for making my day, after a crazy week it turned everything around!! Give Tyler a raise Lasaters!!!
I've been going There for a long time It doesn't make me feel good to put A one-star but it's well deserved The last few visits My order was wrong I asked for almond milk instead of whole milk they still put whole milk in my drink It got to the point where I start going inside of the restaurant and still catchy the berisa putting the wrong milk in I understand mistakes happen but as often as they've been happeningIs unexcusable
If you choose “no ice” you get a 2/3 full cup of tea. The barista said that’s just how it is and what they’re supposed to do. Very disappointing for the price.
