Cold enough inside to kill hogs. Asked if the A/C could be adjusted, was told they were not allowed too. Had customers not order and walk out because it was so cold. Food and service was good besides that but hard to enjoy it because of the dining room temp.
Food was fresh and wait wasn't long at all. Took my brother who recently had a stroke and doesn't understand a lot of things. The cashier was very sweet and understanding as he was trying to tell her what he wanted repeatedly. He lives their hit dogs with mustard and fries and a diet coke. They made sure it was on point and brought it to him and had a conversation with him. That meant a lot to me and even more to him.
This isn't a bad crystals but like most places nowadays you have to wait a pretty long time to receive your food. But the food does come out hot and good like Crystal should
WHAT THE HECK! OUT OF SHRIMP! This location has been out of shrimp for over week! How can a business have not 1 but 2 ad promos out right now regarding shrimp and run out of shrimp! I was told by an employee it's a CORPORATE ISSUE! Then corporate needs to get their head out of their a** and make sure their locations are adequately supplied with whatever promo they are advertising! Very disappointed!Received reply and this location is STILL out of shrimp!!!!!
The burger is grey and gross looking from the wilma location. Went to the location on 41a and bought another burger just to compare them. This one is brown. The smell of it is even better. Will not be going back to the wilma location again.
I don't like the new fries. Bring back the original fries I love! Then I'll give a four star rating!
It's Krystal's. Little, paper thin hamburgers with grilled onions. The staff is average, the food isn't exactly 5 star. But it's good for what it is. Fast food for when you're in a hurry.
I usually have great things to say. 12/17/21 I ordered my usual sausage gravy scrambler. Got home no sausage. Called the store spoke with a manager who was very apologetic. She said if I came back she would make it over. I told her I would have to come back the next day d/t work. She gave me her name. Went back the next day. Made same order, explained about the scrambler order taker said let's handle the biscuit order first. Got to the window no acknowledgement of scrambler issue. Maybe, I should of said something again but hey.....
Goto use lobby cause drive thrue has 10 cars and lobby say it is open. From 6am -8pm, but they don't wa t to serve me saying the lobby is closed
