Very upset with this store. Called ahead to order 16-piece bucket, tell them I would be there in 30 minutes. I get there and they tried to say no one called there even though I said is this 2527 the address and they said yes. Was running late and they said they could make it in 30 minutes, oh but by the way we don't have any dark meat. I wanted a mixture. They said the only 16-piece bucket they had was a carryout so apparently they gave my chicken to someone else. Very unhappy!
I went to get food on my lunch @ 10:30 am. I ordered 6 piece Honey BBQ wings they dabbed BBQ sauce on the top of the chicken and it didn’t cover the whole wing. I asked for Fries they didn’t have any. To top it off they opened at 10:30 and the chicken wasn’t hot. Being the first customer of the day my food should have been made the proper way!!

No skin on the chicken. Looked like someone ate the skin off and put it in the box of every piece. The chicken didn't even taste like kfc. The lady at the window super shady. I paid with cash instead of the card.
Food was great ...hot and fresh and good tasting and ready and waiting at the correct time.
Asked for Original, but they gave me crispy??. Also asked for an 8-piece and they gave me a 6-piece crispy. I didn’t check before I left the drive thru because it’s their job to make sure the customer gets all their food before getting it out there. I’m sure this won’t happen again ?.
The food was as always, delicious. However, the service was poor. They forgot the plates, utensils, and the gravy. I was the only customer at the time. I suppose it's due to poor management; only 2 employees. However, I still like it.
Customer wanted a simple 16 piece bucket of original recipe. They said 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 20 then 45!! ?? Gotta laugh when KFC runs out of chicken!! And no they were not busy ?
It was the worst experience I have ever been in they got my order completely wrong in the service was very terrible like they don't even know their own menu
Great customer service!. So easy placing an order through the App and picking it up when is ready.
