This is the worst KFC that I've ever been too. They didn't have any food ready, no Mac n cheese ready, no gravy for the mashed potatoes so I had to wait 10 minutes which turned into 20 min.
They relentlessly send me thighs when I order breast. Like 4 times and this last time I drove up there to get it fixed and they argued with me and my wife about the fact that it was a breast ( breast and thighs look totally different and there is no dark meat on a breast). Apparently they were too busy to get it right on the phone and the employees are new. When I walked in 10 min after the phone call there was nobody there and like 8 employees just standing around on their phones. Clearly these people just want a handout for doing absolutely nothing. Also completely refused to replace my order. Somebody should probably get in touch with the owner because it’s ridiculous how the manager treats customers.
They were pretty fast. The only negative was the fries omg. Was salt with some fries. So so sooo much salt.
I opened the bucket of chicken and found it floating in grase or oil. My bowl of coleslaw was half full of potatoes an coleslaw on top. Worst KFC ever
Friendly cashier. Biscuit is super wonderful. Good chicken -- not greasy!
I came through the drive thru last night, and was so impressed with the young man in the window. He was so polite. I wish I caught his name. But he was incredible. His customer service skills will get him far. Keep it up!
I really can’t even explain my self right now because I am hungry and angry at the same time! This place is horrible! First they give me wrong food! Not what I ask for! Number too! food is horrible and it’s Impossible to eat!!! Never again! You lost me forever! Is much is I love frying chicken! My dog refused to eat it!
I’ve been here 3 times in the last month, and each time they say they can’t accommodate an all dark meat combo. Today they said they couldn’t bc their cook wasn’t there? How are you even operating then? Absolutely ridiculous and a reoccurring issue.
Fresh food and excellent service. I’ve had other local kfc’s who make their green beans way too salty and the chicken tastes old. Not here. 5 star quality and service. Pleasantly surprised especially considering I went pretty close to closing time.
Ordered on-line got the 16 piece bucket with the included sides; food was ready when I came in to get it . 4:00 p.m. pick up. Hot was hot and cold stuff was cold Perfect!
