Well, about the only part that was good was when I ordered my food. When I pulled up to the window and paid it took an additional 10 minutes from the time I paid till the time they handed me my food. Also every time I have gotten a sandwich from there I have asked for salt and pepper packets to which they always provide. The cashier told me they don’t have those to hand out and when I told her they always have before she still said that don’t even carry any in store. The cashier seemed busier dancing rather being efficient in getting the food out and taking care of customers.
I ordered on the app for delivery, took about an hour to get to me, but driver explained other driver called out of work and this was her first day. I'm satisfied with that explanation. Food was amazing! I tried a new sub tonight (The country club) and it was fantastic. Bread was soft, lettuce & tomatoes were fresh and the meat was fresh and delicious. I've always had my food in a timely manner and it's always been really good! Happy ? p.s. Ordered around 6:20 pm and received it at 7:10 pm.
Best sandwich ever! I asked for enough extra pickles to make it like a “pickle sandwich” and they didn’t disappoint! The crew was so friendly and made my son laugh. Thanks guys!
Went there at 5:00 PM on a Friday. Walked in and they told me they were out of bread… like how is that even possible?
Amazing sandwiches and fresh delicious bread. I just tried it for the first time and I will be ordering again for lunch tomorrow!
I ordered 2 sandwiches, a pickle, a cookie and 2 water bottles. Drove to the store, picked up my bag of food and left. Got home, unwrapped the sandwiches and neither of them were correct, the Italian sub was missing pepperoni, no pickle, no water bottles in the bag. The store is 30 minutes round trip so it wasn't worth driving back and complaining ?. I just don't understand how you mess up an order that simple.
Food was delicious and delivery time was fast as hell!
Very friendly and helpful. Received incorrect order only 1 time after multiple visits and was fixed easily with a phone call.
I'm very sorry to say that I had a bad experience at this establishment.I went through the drive-thru and it's a typical drive-thru, the wait time is the same as any other drive-thru.I placed my order and received it in a timely manner.I cut the sandwich in half so I can eat half on my way to the interstate and eat the other half on the interstate. That's when I noticed there was no mayonnaise and no Dijon mustard like I ordered.I had two pickle size tomatoes and the tomato had the green and white core covering the whole inside of the tomato not good.
If your gonna close early. And if your short staff. Call someone. Let them know it’ll take two hours (I got my food at 8pm ) Also.Placed my order a hour and thirty minutes ago today. Didn’t do a delay this time. I’m only 5 minutes away at Kenwood.Used to be a great place.WHAT.HAPPENED?
