This is a 0 star review. I called to inform them that the pepperoni pizza I ordered didn’t have any pepperonis on it. The idiot that answered the phone proceeds to laugh and tell me she can give me a store credit for the pepperonis. I think asked if she could just replace the pizza with the one I payed for and she said no because the pizza she sent was not untouched. I took a bite to see if the pepperoni was under the cheese, it wasn’t so I called them. Then she finally says she will replace it but it will be an hour wait because there are other orders and her driver isn’t back yet. You would think that an unhappy customer would take some kind of priority considering I already waited an hour for the wrong pizza. The only saving grace was the delivery guy. He was very nice and apologized multiple times for the other ladies mistake and rudeness. He should have her job.
Unfortunately we received our pizza and it had no sauce and they forgot our ranch. I’m not going to lie though even without the sauce the pizza was still really good lol. The people taking my order over the phone were friendly as well.
Second time ordering here. First time was great....this time..was okay. Only giving 3 stars because I ordered 8 wings which are already ridiculously over priced for how small they are and I only received 7 out of 8...come on. Basic math to who ever is cooking. Our driver was great and it was delivered on time but if I'm spending $42 on 1 8 corner pizza and a 8 piece wing at least get your stuff together and deliver the correct amount.
Ordered Jets a couple weeks back while visiting Nashville and decided we wanted the deep dish deliciousness again tonight. So I downloaded the App and placed a carry out order with the Ft. Campbell Blvd. location.We ordered the deep dish 8 corner Supreme, meat on half (don't judge me, lol), then added mushrooms, olives and mild peppers. We finished the order with a Greek Salad and waited patiently for the hubs to arrive with supper.When he arrived we opened the box to find a pepperoni and mild pepper pizza. When I called to ask the store to remake the pizza (and let them know I'll come back to exchange the incorrect one), instead of "so sorry, of course we'll fix that right away!" I got "Well what's wrong with it?... was the salad ok? ...I don't think we can do that actually, because what you got is what came through on our end..."The salad was fine, for the record, but the employee was not helpful at all where the pizza was concerned. I just wanted the corrected pizza and I got attitude. For the amount of money we paid for 8 pieces of pizza and a salad, I'd expect it would be corrected with no questions asked. I ended up hanging up after she put me on hold to "see if they can even re-make a pizza that wasn't wrong." It was wrong, I hadn't eaten it and was willing to drive back to exchange it. But they weren't ready to make it right without pulling teeth.So we'll wait until next time we're in Nashville to try Jets again... that location was awesome. Ft. Campbell Blvd location has opportunities for improvement. *2 stars given because the order was ready for pickup at the requested time, and the salad was great.

Jets on Memorial Boulevard in Springfield, TN has the best pizza, staff, and owner in the pizza business! The pizza was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the owner is a really good guy who I’ve known from a distance for over 20 years. You can’t beat Jets if you want to have a good time!
This is the first time I've ever ordered a pizza that I had to microwave to reheat, after it was delivered to me. I basically paid $27 for a large 3 topping pizza that I could havevwent to the commissary or Wal-Mart and got for 3 quarters of the price and it actually be hot. My first and last time ordering from this place. It may be good in-store, not on deliver. I was quoted 45 minutes, took and hour. Plus they never quoted me a price on the pizza...should have paid attention to that one. The other place did not have a delivery fee. So a delivery fee, on top of a tip. Basically I paid for an education to not use this establishment.22 Nov 21-Current update: recently spoke with Mr Michael. Very nice person, he has said he will square the situation away. Will provide further updates as this progressesUpdate: I was provided a credit in my name for the for the mishap with my order. I was also provided a follow up contact by the man in charge. I feel that is efficiency and taking care of the customer. Thank you for making sure the experience that I had before was rectified.
Everytime I get pizza from this Jets it is delicious. And the service are kind. Courteous. The order has always been right.Don't worry about time either because it doesn't take long at all and I had a family order.Thanks Guys. Keep up the good work.ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER
1st time eating here. There was a minor hiccup and we received a free Brownie dessert for the inconvenience. Great tasting pizza, loved the taste of the crust. Hope to win free pizza.
