Good sauce, but went downhill from there. firstly this was a very cheeply built pizza. Too little dough was stretched too thin. very little sauce, cheese, and toppings were applied and then it was overcooked on top of everything else. Might not have been overcooked if reasonable amount of toppings were used. Might try Jets again, but never this one. Oh, and I will insist on looking at product before paying for it.

I tried text to order refused let me choose delivery.I tried calling got sent to a robot that couldn’t understand English.I finally got a human total went from $16 to $26 with a $5 “pizza insurance” fee attached to it. I I’m not sure what a pizza insurance is but this is a primary way to lose customer. I have no problem giving a tip, gas $4+ a gallon, but a large pizza ending at around $30 delivered is insane.
This location is not good. Multiple times with online orders. The order is incorrect. I’ve tried more than once to get my pizza cook well done. I’ve never seen a pizza delivered to me that was even cooked to done.
Took almost 2 hours to get our pizza only for it to look like this. I couldn't eat it. Do better Jets.
Ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 45 minutes. Showed up to pick up my order after an hour and my order hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. My phone number was on my order they could have called to let me know it was going to take longer to prepare my order!!!
I had a mixup with a coupon and decided to cancel my order. the manager called me personally to accept the coupon and tell me how to get the best deals by ordering specials. The pizza was hot and fresh. Good experience with this store.
Tried the cauliflower crust pizza. I was pleasantly surprised! Will have to do this again!
There are lots of chain pizza places around. I like Jet's but I like thick pizza with lots of cheese and lots of sauce. The pizza is similar to Pizza Hut to which I also like.The wings are decent here at Jet's. Not the best but if you are getting the pizza it is not a bad add-on. The salads are very good at Jet's. Bordering on excellent. Craving a salad but stuffing myself on pizza is usually my experience with Jet's.The food is good and the people working there are usually friendly. Clarksville is not blessed with authentic pizzerias as other cities are. If you are craving some pizza and such, Jet's is not a bad option on Madison Street in Clarksville Tennessee.
Ordered through the website. It said it would be 60 minutes. Pizza arrived cold and 20 minutes late. Tasted good but disappointed in how long it took. The tracker said it took the full 60 minutes to cook. I feel like it sat at the store and got cold. I don't blame the delivery driver because from the time the tracker said it was out for delivery it only took about 10 minutes.
