We ordered a giant turkey sub with all the toppings on the side. As you can you from the photo, we had a sprinkle of turkey meat on this $15 sub. Additionally, they just threw all the toppings to include oil & vinegar in the container open. Which leaked all over my sub bread from the ride home. Soggy bread.We called to notify them and they just left us on hold.I have eaten at Jersey’s mike all over from coast to coast and this location has made the worst sub sandwich ever. I expect to get what I paid for. For $15 dollars provide all of the meat that comes with the sandwich, don’t be so careless when packing the toppings, and not serve us whatever meat is left.
I come here once a week and every week, everyone is super nice and adaptive to my dietary restrictions. Riley & Breanna were super sweet today, going above and beyond to make my sandwich delicious :)Make sure to tip these guys well!
They were rude
I went in with my husband to get food, one of the girl's wasn't wearing a mask when I asked for someone else to make my food and was told no. I asked for the manager's name and got a response I don't have to give out that information I said okay I want to see your company policy on mask. Because the rest of the employees were wearing a mask. It said if the employees are vaccinated they don't have to wear a mask. I then asked to see her vaccination card and was told they didn't have to prove that to me. My husband is getting a major operation and we go here once a week for food. We will never return. When covid takes y'all out of business again, you deserve no employees or food chain. Your carefree attitude towards the safety of your customers is obviously not considered ?. I will tell everyone I know never to go to a jersey Mike's ever again. This was in Clarksville, Tennessee on Madison Ave.

Great place to eat at, and it’s sure close to Fort Campbell. Staff are super friendly. The brand new kitchen and grill look absolutely amazing. It’s a 180 degree improvement from what they had before. I have attached the pics.
Apparently the Assistant Manager abandoned the workers so we waited over half an hour for the sandwich order we placed online.
