Dining room closed…Great service…Very friendly
Retired/ disabled veteran. Tried to go in and have a burger. Was told the dining room was closed but there were 4 individuals that was working across the streets sitting in there eating. But I can’t sit down and eat? I have to take my food and leave? After 20 years of service, preaching equal opportunity it’s hard for me to let stuff like this go. If you let one person eat in there you have to let everyone. Stop acting like we still in a crisis.
Ordered a couple boxes of the tiny tacos and a couple milkshakes for the hubby and I and when we got our delivery order it was all breakfast foods....pancakes....that's not tacos...called to let them know it was all wrong and was told : sorry not my problem... and they hung up on me. So called doordash and was refunded and let th know.my experience with Jack In the box...awful disrespectful crew
I didn't get past the drive thru employees attitude to get food to eat. I ordered a side salad with ranch. When reading my order back to me, the employee said a side of ranch. I corrected her and said I wanted a side salad with ranch. She said we don't have salads here. All I said was "but it's on the menu" because I was confused on why the menu clearly shows a salad and she said they don't have salads. The drive thru employee then snapped and shouted at me something about just because it's on the menu doesn't mean that they make it there. Shouting on the box was very loud and I covered my ears so I didn't quite get it all. I simply said "I was looking for a different side I wanted instead but never mind I think I will go somewhere else" and that's exactly what I did. We went to McDonald's instead where the drive thru employees were nice and although they didn't have my shamrock shake....the drive thru employee told me that they don't have shamrock shakes anymore and haven't changed it yet, apologized and asked if she could get me something else instead. Instantly made me happy I chose to leave Jack in the box to go to McDonald's. It was our first time visiting a Jack in the Box. We are from an area that does not have them. I'll never bother to stop at another one either. Jack in the box....put a sticker that says unavailable on it across the salad option on your menu if you don't make salads!!!! Then your employees won't yell at someone for inquiring about one.
By far the worst jack in the box, I've ever been to. But I haven't ate at one in long time, 3x more lettuce than meat, fries tasted old and it was at 10am. Not sure I'll try another one after this.
I was asked at the drive thru to wait. 10mins had passed then a customer leaving the dining area approached my vehicle and informed me that they weren’t taking orders because the cook has been in the restroom. I replied “ok” . Then This genius yell’s at me over the drive thru intercom for talking bad about her and told me to leave. I informed her that someone approached my vehicle and was talking. How could I have possibly known the details of what was happening inside if I was at the drive thru? I’m actually happy I went in. This place and that employee are filthy no wonder she has the sh!ts.
This place is absolutely 100% trash. I ordered 8 tacos and a medium drink. Tacos were pre-made sitting under a heat lamp. Wilted, soggy, and hot lettuce, with stale taco shells. They also decided to throw in a half eaten taco that one of the employees ate. Gross man! I will NEVER come back to this location.
Breakfast lunch and dinner... ALL DAY! Would definitely say it's about time to get another location in Clarksville. The food is made to order (yet doesn't take too long). When the line is short and you're trying to figure out what to eat... go. Once a few cars build up, it'll be full before you get the chance to second guess it.
I understand what the Oakley review was about. They are not attentive to customer flow or housekeeping. To much background noise from kitchen for them to hear customers order request. Food was good. My last visit to this location.
Went in around 3pm today (Thursday). Waited for about 5 minutes until I asked of anyone was there. Guy came around the counter and asked if I had a pickup. I was just trying to order. He told me that it was drive thru and pickup only. Not a single car in the drive thru the entire time I was there. Why even open the doors if your not trying to make $$$ what a joke
