Worst experience I’ve had at an ihop trash all over the floor mud food looks like the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in a couple of months food was okay but the place was just dirty as hell Clarksville,Tn on Wilma Rudolph blvd.
that was the WORST experience! absolutely nothing was clean. brought my coffee with someone else's lipstick still on it. floors were disgusting, the bathrooms, I've been in cleaner construction porta John's. I can't believe they haven't been shut down by the health department. don't go there. hospitality is non-existent and I'm pretty sure no one likes working there because we were treated like we were in the way. Waffle House is cleaner and has better service. go there
Worst IHOP I’ve been too. We stood at the front for over 10 minutes to be seated and were the only ones in line. I had to get one of the waiters so we could get some service. They would just walk by without saying anything, (good morning, we will be with you in a minute, or just even acknowledging our existence) They said that it would be another five minutes. We were the only ones waiting all that time. When they put the name on the list of just ourselves a couple with kids came in and they were sat immediately. I looked at my wife and said let’s go to Cracker Barrel. These people have no manners and don’t understand that they are in the customer service business. Always with attitudes before they even approach you smh! Some peoples kids
I personally would never recommend this IHop to anyone. I got the steak tips, & a half side of Strawberry fresh toast. As you can see the strawberries were not fresh or even eatable. They were very soft and slimy. The steak tips weren't cooked and tasted awful. The cook had already messed up on two orders before mine. He's either not trained currently or doesn't care about his job. My server Jordan was amazing and very understanding she did a good job but her cook bad this experience awful.
Was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but it ended up not being that long. After seated we were immediately seen by our server. Got everything we needed in a timely manner, even things we needed on the side (hot sauce, creamer, etc). I feel as though it could use a deep clean, but I love their food, so I'll still be going. I was sad to see their variety of syrups and creamers are down to the basic syrup and half & half, but I also understand they do it for covid reasons. Our server was ontop of everything and I'd love to have her serving us again!
The wait for a table was long but not unexpected. The food was excellent but service could have been better.
IHOP has the best pancakes hands-down, and I rarely eat then.. Great staff constantly checking if you need more drink refills. Great breakfast. Can't comment on anything else..
If I could I would give ZERO stars because they initially said 15-20 wait. But me & my children waited at least 40. The manager & servers were playing hostess and their orginal positions as well. Our service was bad as well. Server brought my kids adult size drinks (& charged me for adults too) didn't bring any silverware until asked for it. My food was burnt. I ordered the sampler, I asked for fresh strips & they came out burnt again! My son's chocolate pancake was chalky tasting & the bacon was just barely over edible temperature to eat. My daughters food seemed ok but at this point I was disgusted. The manager did compensate for the trouble about 60% of my bill but I wouldn't go back. Save the time & trouble & go to waflle house down the street
Not like the good old days.Sure it was National Pancake Day with free short stack making it busier than usual, but...My toaster at home toasts both sides of the bread. This IHOP only toasted one side of one slice. The second slice was just carried past the toaster (not toasted).Hot Chocolate wasn't hot.Vinyl covered seats in lobby ripped.Mop bucket of dirty water by restroom doors not very appetizing.First visit to this location in years.Probably last.Flavor was good. Server very pleasant.
Only 2 servers on a Saturday night. Very slow, trash on the floors, staff estressed out. Food was decent compared to the staff shortage.
