Went in for my first time and was excited to see what was on the menu…..when I was rudely greeted by the young man who apparently was inconvenienced by us asking for a few minutes to look at the displayed menu. He literally rolled his eyes and looked at his phone. We kindly walked out and thought if this is how paying customers get treated we will take our business elsewhere. The young man with the long blonde hair needed a hug or a reminder that what you put out in this world eventually comes back to you.
Gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and took my large order down flawlessly. They were also able to make the food very quickly which was great. Thank you!
The good was great, and service was quick. Only downside is it was strangely hard to hear inside. The make line couldn't hear us and it was hard to hear them. Will definitely go back though.
The food is great, however the hospitality of the young lady that works in the morning with dark hair was absolutely horrible. I asked for mine a certain way (which was never an issue with the other young lady a while ago) and she got extremely irritated for no reason. My boyfriend even asked her if she was okay because she seemed very ill tempered and mad. As someone who worked in the food industry myself, hospitality means a lot and customer service goes a long ways. Very unprofessional and rude as there was literally nobody in there. Wish I could give a 5 but I just cannot.
I love this place i go pretty often with my partner great food and thw lady that always checks us out is super nice must try for sure
Healthy food better then Chipotle! Chipotle doesn’t have shrimp. Like what if I don’t want chicken, pork, or beef!!!??? Also Hot Pita has fish.
Was really fresh very filling i had the crab cake bowl my second time going i definitely recommend giving it a try

New to town and am trying to go with more local to Clarksville places even though it takes me 25-30 mins to get anywhere. Ordered online on Friday got all the way back home to find my order was completely wrong they left of at least 4 toppings which is crazy bc they stapled the order that was as long as a CVS recipe to the bag it goes in....I called to get a partial refund because I was not driving all the way back down there and listened to the "manager" and staff argue about whether or not they put the toppings on my pita. That's unprofessional to begin with. I was then told the owner would have to call me which they haven't to process a refund because no one can do partial refunds??? I'm sorry but that's ridiculous if you make a mistake you should make it right. Doubt I will be back.
My wife and i have ordered on-line here several times. They've always made the order quickly and it's been ready right when I've got there. I always get their breakfast pita, because it is absolutely amazing. The quality of the food here really is fantastic and it's become one of my favorite staples.My wife was a bit turned off recently when they messed up our order and apparently dumped all their leftover mushrooms into her pita (she hates mushrooms) so it's harder to convince her to opt for hot pita lately, but what can i say - i think their food is just amazing and am pretty far from getting tired of it.I think i might suggest a different meal to her tomorrow so she can try something new and i can get my breakfast pita. :)
