We went after a late soccer game for a quick bite. It took them 20 minutes to “decide who our waitress was” took another 45 minutes to get our food(breaded wings and a side salad), appetizer came out with main meal. The wings and fries were cold, the lettuce in the salad was old and wilted. We probably could have forgiven some if the service was better but our waitress barely said two words to us and just seemed pissed that we were sitting in her section or that she was pulled to serve us, either way we will NEVER go back.
Waitresses were unprofessional and rude. One waitress was sitting at a table with her friends and drinking Starbucks while her customers tried to get her attention. We waited about 20 minutes just for drinks that were served incorrectly. The plates were served 10 minutes apart at our table. So by the time everyone received their food, the first plates were cold. No silverware was offered. We asked for a manager twice who never came to talk to us about our concerns and poor service. This was my first time here. Will not return.
Arrived at 8:00pm on Sunday. Took 20 minutes before we saw a waitress, where we ordered drinks. The waitress brought us our drinks, and then we didn’t see her for at least another 20 minutes, where we ordered our food! Then at least 20 to 30 minutes before our food came out. We just ordered steamed shrimp and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I had to get up and stand by the table to get her to come over and give us the check. Absolutely ridiculous!!
We came to celebrate my nephew's 19th heavenly birthday. Our waitress was amazing and our food was great. Thank you for making our experience wonderful! ❤️
I was at Hooters in Clarksville tonight and there were multiple issues. Firstly, it took 20 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge our table and then another 30 minutes to even get drinks. Secondly, it took over an hour after getting drinks to receive food, which was prepared incorrectly. Some of the food was so bad we just couldn’t eat it. Thirdly, not 10 minutes into eating, the 4 people at my table including me are all sick to our stomachs. We each had to endure gut wrenching diarrhea in the most disgusting unclean bathroom (where there was puke in the urinal). I am still sick. So terrible food. Terrible service and 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Horrible service got my food and this is what it looks like! Cmon they ran out of bone in wings took over an hour to get some boneless and fries! Seriously burnt to a crisp! Step your game up Hooters!
The absolute worse food and service if I could give zero stars I would. Paid $80.53, and the only thing they got right was the fried pickles.
Food was good. Multiple tvs playing all around you. They are starting kareoki on wednesday nights. Havent attended yet but looks like it will be fun.
