WOW! The best experience I've had today! The care that was taken to help me make a decision in yet another new place I've visited has again proved to yield favorable reward!I've never tried Italian Soda, but today, I've broken grounds and I must say, I'm most overjoyed in the flavor...The way the coconut and lime mix and fizz perfectly to wake the senses of the tounge was most exciting and the added cold foam provided an experience unmatched by any other soda I've had in quite some time, (yes that includes my favorite Root Beer float).Thank You Madam Raven for your kind service and great suggestion! You da best!!!??

Founding frothers is one of the best locally owned coffee stores in town. Owned and operated by a veteran who cares not only about the local community but where his coffee beans come from. I highly recommend you go here at least once while visiting clarksville because it will soon become a cornerstone of our community just like the black horse pub and strawberry alley.

Love love love this coffee shop!! I visit them almost everyday for a Cumberland Sunrise. The owners are super sweet and accommodating. So glad to have you guys in the area!

It is very rare that I take the time to leave a bad review for an establishment but my experience was so disappointing this morning that I feel I have to warn others to stay away from this Business. I have been looking for a nice coffee house here in Clarkesville that I would enjoy sitting and enjoying life as I’m about to retire. In the two years I have been here I have never been treated so rudely as I was this morning. I came in and purchased a brewed coffee and a cinnamon roll which came up to just short of $10. Now mindful, there are many mom-and-pop businesses that I can get an entire breakfast for the same price but I chose to come here. The server from the way he spoke to me I believe must’ve been an owner, lashed out at me when I asked if I could trouble him for a cup of water. He told me I could buy a bottle. When I questioned it because I specifically asked for a cup he sent me very sarcastically I don’t know if you’re aware but there is quite a lot of inflation! Yes he pissed me off. My response was yes and the Dow Jones dropped 1000 points on Friday and I’m about to retire so thank you but that’ll be fine no thank you. So then he laid into me that he hast to pay for the cup the water the ice and the power. Remember, I’ve already spent $10 there and it is common practice in restaurants if you asked for water to be given his courtesy. I finished my food and I walked out and as I was walking out I heard him telling another woman yeah that woman got mad at me because I wouldn’t give her a cup of water:.. I turned around and walked back in and I said to him excuse me but I just heard what you said. I’m not sure you realize this but you’re not in the coffee business you’re in the hospitality business. This was my first time here…So then he got argumentative again saying to me and I bet it’s going to be your last and that’s OK. Here’s the really sad thing that I would like to convey to the owners. For the cost of a paper cup and a few ounces of water you lost hundreds of dollars in business. Because every time I came in I would’ve spent at least $10 and I go out at least three times a week for breakfast. I would’ve been happy to bring others to your restaurant. I am so sorry that I cannot recommend your coffeehouse based on this experience and moreover I feel I have to tell others about the lack of compassion and the greediness of one person that a cup of water to not be offered.

Went there one day running errands, it was such a good environment that my friend and I went there the following week.

It’s wonderful to see all of the new places opening up downtown, particularly on Strawberry Alley. The barista was super friendly and made good suggestions and the decor is very cozy. I’m not sure if they still have the coffee truck but I used to like that too.

Excellent Coffee, decent prices, and Veteran owned. You can TASTE the American Pride in every drink.

Excellent coffee excellent service and friendly staff. I'd visit again in the future.

This place is super cute, the ladies that were working were also very nice! My friend and I both got drinks that were super tasty! She has dietary restrictions and they were able to cater to them. Definitely our new spot for lunch break.

Lovely staff though coffee and hot chocolate were a bit watery and cups were 3/4 full. Staff didn't know what beans they were using and it's not the same ones they sell in store.
