This place has the best customer service in town! Everyone on staff is so friendly and appear to be working well as a team! Kudos to the crew Saturday night June 18, 2022!
Food is a little pricey. (30 bucks for 2 double burgers and fries no drinks included) Burgers could be seasoned more. Excellent staff.
The team today was on point. A well oiled machine lead by a strong woman that kept everyone on task. They were friendly, fast, and the food was great!!
The employees are the worst of the worst. I was served raw burgers more than once. The lettuce wrap has the worst type of insecticide on it. I found tic like bugs all over the lettuce wraps. By far the most disgusting thing there ever was. Don't ever eat here. They will food poison you and feed you some bugs. P.S. the milk shake machine has mold in it so be careful. The milk shake will kill you too.
DO NOT ORDER FROM POSTMATES.We ordered our food around 430 pm. Apparently they weren't busy at all. It took them 2 delays and 2 hours later to finally cancel our over priced order. Go in store or don't bother at all.
We went for the 1st time as a bday dinner. The food was great, the staff was friendly and my food literally tasted like the crew enjoys their jobs!! Highly recommend!!!!!
1st time here. Little shocked paying $9 for a burger but it was pretty good. Large burgers are double patties, smaller burgers are single patties. Ms Felicia was very attentive and even gave us a sample of the cajun fries. Wife loved them, I preferred the regular fries. Got a strawberry shake for the road.Overall a pleasant experience... we'll be back. ?
Always love going to five guys! Burgers are fresh, fries are delicious, and they always have friendly faces when I'm there! Definitely a top place in Clarksville for a good burger.
We always have a good visit with Five Guys. They make all their hamburgers fresh and they have the best fries in town. However, I feel the hamburgers are pretty well in line with other hamburger establishments. They do have a huge assortment of garnishments that are free. I do feel that they are a bit pricey for what you get. Staff are friendly and they take great care of keeping the facility clean.
Came here tonight and I want to shout out all the employees there. It’s Friday night around 5:00 PM. Did it take a little longer to get my food than I anticipated? Yeah definitely, but it was at no fault of the staff. Seems like there was some sort of technical difficulty. They were still getting orders out, just not in the correct order. Once they realized what the issue was they everything in order but it seemed like for some people there it was too late and they were already annoyed. Keep in mind okay it is Friday night at 5:00 PM. You’re going to have to wait some no matter where you go. The staff was so apologetic the entire time and they were so sweet. They were very calm and they worked together really well, and it seemed like some of the staff were new. They just did a really great job, things got a little mixed up but it wasn’t their fault. Things happen, and I know the job is not as easy as it looks and I hope other customers will show some grace to service workers when things aren’t going perfectly! Food was great too!
