My 15 year old and I went to Fazolis for the 1st time. We thought it was going to be a regular Italian eaterie. We were very wrong. When I asked to have a chicken bacon ranch pizza on thin crust I was informed that all the food is pre-made and nothing can be adjusted or modified or made special. My 15 year old got the keto pizza cause it was the closest thing to a thin crust. She took one bite and refused to eat anymore. It was covered in oil that we used napkins to try to remove. I had the Alfredo pasta which taste like paste and garlic. The breadsticks were soggy and nasty. Kinda like they were soaked in oil and garlic. I'm very disappointed in the foid we received.
My Wife and I received great service. The food was really good. Great portions. The bread sticks were really good. We will be returning !
For a drive through, a more quick service, and Italian style food this place is really good. My daughter had the Fettuccine Alfredo, wife had the lasagne, and I had the Spicy baked Ziti with sausage. The meal came with all you can eat breadsticks as well. The food was super hot and fresh, the front counter/waitress was attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean despite having some construction in a quarter of the store. We will be back.
Went through the drive thru, ordered and paid for chicken fettuccine Alfredo, however sadly just received plain Alfredo.. breadsticks were good, staff was nice
Okay so I never really go on the other side of Clarksville let alone do we go out to eat much. Fazoli’s is my quick stop for dinner. The lady at the counter was so positive and enjoyable just a great personality got my jokes and threw some back. I ordered a lot of food to go and paid fast service. Props to the awesome customer service and outstanding public personality. They never disappointed me a few times I’ve stopped. Chelsea G. You are one hell of a worker. Phenomenal experience. Plus she was training someone new and getting ready to get off shift and never once gave a second thought about just getting ready to go. Everyone there was a great team and the communication between sections was on point.
I just want to leave a review from the exceptional customer service my family and I received. Maci was amazing and was so polite while making sure our food was good and fresh for our liking. I hope every time I come she is there. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Had exceptional service from Maci at the Clarksville location on Lowes drive. She was very helpful and had a friendly attitude the whole time we were in. Overall a good meal and even better service.

Food was cold.. The noodles aren’t cooked all the way. My breadsticks are hard as a rock.. only thing that was good was the salad. The sprite taste horrible asked if the machine was out it wasn’t i don’t understand... overall it’s not worth the money
Guysssss.. Whenever I come through the drive thru, I get a few things, that include 6 bread sticks.. Then I order an additional 12 bread sticks and I get asked, if I really want them. Yesssss!! I'm dealing with a 14 year old teenager, that eats allllll dayyyy. Keep up the good work ?
