If you like deep fried bar food all put onto a sandwich, then this place is a must have. The combinations of food on a sandwich may look or even sound bad, but every bite will make you excited to take another. Sadly don’t remember the name of the guy that helped us but as we were waiting for our food, he gave us some deep fried funnel cake bites. Worth every penny, stop and give it a try
Great customer service, first time here and they explain what the sandwiches were and what was on them. Order 2 of the 3 highly recommended sandwiches (fat doobie & fat Jersey) , 6 wings. Amazing will be back

I have to say this was me and my family first time coming. The gentlemen that took our order was very patient and helpful. He went through the menu just to make sure that we got the food that we wanted. The food was delicious and the dessert(fried oreos) was great as well. I will most definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. My daughter said that she loved the chicken tenders tossed in honey gold. The burgers were "BIG" and very tasteful. The guys that brought the food out to our table were very friendly and hospitable as well. Fat Shack rocks!!
This place is Fabulous! The food was Great, and the Service was Absolutely Amazing! I ordered the Chicken wings in BBQ sauce the order of 6 was huge… the fried brownie bites… the best dessert I have ever put in my mouth! Y’all have got to go and try this place! They have wings and Sandwiches and so much more!
I ordered the Chicken Tenders with fries through a delivery service and while the chicken was great; the fries were terrible. They were really hard and weren't hot at all.I haven't tried the burgers yet, but I'm sure I'll enjoy them, I'll just make sure to order something else as a side.Update: I've eaten here frequently in the actual location, and while the location isn't perfect, the food is great when you get it fresh. The quality is super solid when you eat in store and the customer service is excellent.
Ordered food tonight and didn’t receive my burger with my order. I called the restaurant hoping they would right their wrong, because we are humans and we do mess up. However the manager was unprofessional and didn’t get on the phone to try and resolve the problem and told the gentleman that answered there was nothing she could do and the gentleman I originally spoke with that answered the phone thought it was funny! The guy even told me that they had someone new that just started so I was trying to be understanding but I didn’t get a burger that I paid for at ALL! They tried to say it was DoorDash fault but when my food was delivered it was still tied up so the mistake was on FatShack! This was my first time trying this place and what a horrible experience it has been and I won’t be spending my money with a business who doesn’t value their customers. If I could give zero stars I would for the zero cares they gave when I expressed how my order was incorrect. I hope they do better!
Wow. Crazy good sandwich combinations. The fries or onion rings come ON the sandwich. Sizes are equivalent to 6-inch, footlong, and party size. The only place other than Waffle House that's open till midnight.
Food was not even that good. My expectations were high, and I was really disappointed. The combinations on the sandwiches ain’t it, the fries on a sandwich?? And mozerella sticks?? I thought those were the sides. And they said they cooked it fresh when they know that the fries were old. Don’t recommend this place. Definitely better places to eat at. #not satisfied first time trying and last time eating it
