The service is friendly and the food is GREAT! We've already gone back a second time.
Food is awesome!!!!!! Friendly service. I've been to most of Mexican restaurants in clarksville Tennessee..this one is for real as it gets unless u go to south Texas, where I traveled for years as an over the road truck driver. Also the cleanest restaurant I've seen in some time.
Food was decent but not good enough to come back. Along with the Service being horrible !Our waiter only came by twice, and you could tell he didn’t want to be there.We also had a to-go order (burrito meal), which the waiter literally just plopped on the table and left. It was JUST the burrito wrapped in foil in the bag , with no rice or beans.Bring your patience when you come…..the food takes awhile to come out.
Great food, fresh hot and the service amazing. We are definitely going back.
I promise it's not hyperbole to say this place has great food. I suggest the house-made guacamole followed by the tacos El pastor. You won't be disappointed.
Great place within walking distance of our motel Service was quick, salsa very good and chips fresh and plentiful... Margarita just to our liking..
It there was a option for 0 stars, they would get it. Pancho Villa used to have the monopoly in this town. And used to be the best in town ....years ago, before more authentic Mexican food places started showing up. It really is just fast food Mexican food. But anyway....the particular store has the absolute worst customer service I have seen. We had to get our own napkins, waited forever to been seen. Had to get the waiter to ask to take our order. Had to walk to the pay counter to get our check. Three waiters were on the floor all on their phones for about 20 min. Pancho...you need to bow out and let more authentic places come in who care about their customers.
Food was bland, waiter never smiled-was just there for the order. There were crumbled up tortia chips in the pages of every menu & the floor was also dirty. First & most likely last time coming here!

Staff was very rude and not very friendly like the first visit, will not be coming back! I bought my sister to treat her because I couldn't stop talking about the hospitality and great food ,plus service this place offered!! I was truly disappointed ?. Dishes were dirty and when I told them ,they got upset?? When ordering, I asked for fish tacos ,plus some other items and the waiter got rude with me about what I wanted to eat????
