The expectations were really high for what was supposed to be the best steak house in town. The reception was wonderful, the service was great...but the meal was really...sadly...disappointing. We both ordered filets...hers was cooked correctly, medium rare...mine, ordered the same, was well done. Maybe it was a bad night for the chef, but the same steak at the same time and the same temp request, not sure why it got so off???
Party of 10 for my sons high schools graduation. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had!! Took an hour and 40mins to get our food. I never got mine. Appetizer dishes were still on the table 15 mins after I complained to owner. We’re still there till the end of the meal. We all ran out of water several times. Save yourself the disappointment and go to TEXAS ROADHOUSE ?
Edward's is a nice cozy and quiet atmosphere and the steaks are wonderful! I usually get the filet and I've never been disappointed. The servers are very friendly as well as the owner. She always stops by to greet us and to make sure everything is as it should be. We've celebrated several birthdays at Edwards, and they have always surprised me with a slice of cheesecake and a birthday card...such a personal touch! And...the piano is also another special touch!
TLDR: Phenomenal restaurant. 5* food, 5* service, 5* atmosphere. Highly recommended....My wife and i were up visiting our daughter & son-in-law and decided to have a nice night out. We called Edwards and were able to get a reservation for 5 on short notice.. Normally thats a red flag, but not here. They had a good number of tables booked without being crowded. The atmosphere includes a soft lighted dinning room, with a white washed brick finish. Red cloth tablecloths drapped over the tables. And gentle piano music lofting through room. Certainly a place perfect for romance or an intimate dinner. The five of us started off the night with spinach & artichoke dip... Im telling you, the chips were hot/fresh and salted perfectly. Not bland as most places. And the dip, gosh it was so great we demolished it quickly and ordered a 2nd one promptly.Dinner consisted of 2 filets, 1 sirloin, 1 bone in/tomahawk ribeye, & a ship Alfredo for the non steak lover in the group. Each steak was cooked precisely to temp. Nothing over even a little. The color was like those you see on cooking shows... Spot on. And the seasoning... Its a day later and my mouth is still watering for more to eat..Desert consisted of molten lava cakes & creme burele cheesecake. Each bite as flavorful as the main course. This was certainly a meal we will remember for years to come. And this establishment will be recommended to anyone we know headed through Clarksville.5* all around.
My husband and I went out for date night, first time at this restaurant, the food was delicious and our server Zoe was on point.. the lady at the front was very nice and sweet.. the live music was nice and smoothing. We will definitely come back to this steakhouse.
Our waiter Elijah was very polite and professional. The food was good and the celebration for my bonus daughter was very nice and unexpected. Definitely will be going back.
Amazing place, best steak I’ve had in awhile. Prefer it over Jimmy Kelly’s.
We dined at Edward's for my birthday and it was amazing!! One of the best steaks I have ever had! Our server was wonderful and attentive, she even brought me a slice of delicious cheesecake and a birthday card from the restaurant! I have never received a card while dining at a restaurant and I thought that was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture ? 10 out of 10, recommend!
Great place. Really nice atmosphere. The food was amazing. Our server could have been better... let people run out of drinks. The person who said we wanted to order dessert never got an order taken for dessert... but overall great place. And it was fairly busy, so I can forgive a couple of server missteps.
Me and my fiancé went to Edwards for the first time and it was lovely. The ambiance was nice and cozy. We didn’t order much since we weren’t hungry but just want to have a nice night out. The calamari was delicious and perfect and so was the salmon with bourbon glazed. I did not like the brisket since it’s so sweet taste like a dessert instead of an entrée but the Mac and Cheese was good and oh the crème brûlée was OmG! It was excellent. Will definitely come back here again.
