Some of the slowest ... lock the lobby so if you order online for walkin to beat the drive thru . You still have to go through the drive thru. 10 to 15 minutes to get a regular coffee in drive thru that should have taken less than a minute to walkin and pick up with the online order... this is the most ridiculous dunkin I have been in in the area
There drive thru is terrible, they don't repeat the order and gets it wrong they throw your donuts in the bag any kind of way. When you tell the cashier the order is not right he gives you a look like your inconveniencing him. They need to just rehire all new staff and start over this is my last time there I wouldn't send my enemy to that store.
4/14/2022They don't check expiration dates for dairy.My fiance immediately threw up when we got back home.Also they were out of half of the donuts we wanted.
I should have read the description and reviews before i decided to walk here. If you are not aware, walking beyond your car in Clarksville means a near visit to deaths door, so i took a big chance walking here to begin with. I was greeted by a sign on door that said “drive thru only…”.
Dunkin'. Great on the name change and been a favorite for years over another coffee company! Great perks system. Great breakfast menu! If you'd like a nice cup of coffee. Dunkin' it is!!
This is the third visit this week that has been substandard and just gross. I have decided to never return. These were so dried out they were almost crispy! Because it’s drive thru only you never know what you’re gonna get. This gal won’t be running on Dunkin’.
My 2nd time decided to wait 1and a half years before visiting again.....and this time was no better. I ordered 1dozen assorted at drive thru. Mind you it's like 730am, and the doughnuts were ice cold. I'm not sure why they were so thin either.
We decided to visit this dunkin on thanksgiving day since others were closed in town and boy oh boy we made the best decision! Its our new favorite DD now! These guys are FABULOUS! They really have truly exceptional service, drinks are all made correctly and ALL food is very fresh and delicious! All credit to their management team. Managers are so courteous and so are the employees!
I have been a manager at Starbucks and Zaxbys and coming to this particular Dunkin’ since last 3 years. I have never experienced such professional management and service at a fast food restaurant. I mean they are simply outstanding with service, fresh well cooked food and accurate drinks. Their drive thru lines get pretty long since their customers get pretty rude or take long times to order but these guys are so patient and extremely courteous all the time. We love the fact that they always respect our army and treat us with free donut or coffee every often! Keep up the good work guys!!!
