I have placed at least a half dozen mobile orders with this location now and every time I have they are out of stock of a portion of my order and often have very few substitutions so I end up with food I don’t really want. I had chalked it up to supply issues but other locations have not had so many problems fulfilling my orders… they do have quick and friendly employees which have saved this review from being only 1 star.
I come here ALOT for coffee for my father. Due to the time that I get here there is usually no wait which is around 6:15-630. I have driven by after that and the line is crazy. I would give 5 stars but sometimes I order Cocoa w/whip and it never made the same anytime I get it. I only recently found out whip was added the whole I thought it was marshmallows but it wasnt.wasn't.. now even if I order it with whip it seems to be regular cocoa so I stop ordering it.
It was absolutely awful. Got the glazed doughnuts home(5 minute drive) sat down to breakfast with my family and were shocked at how dry and untasteful they were. We didn't even eat them and threw them in the trash.
I love the coffee. I'm there several times a week. But it sure would be nice if they could post their hours somewhere if they're going to change. I go out of my way before work to go get coffee and I show up, lights are off, cars in the lot, no signs on door or drive up indicating hour changes. Super frustrating. ?
So just walked into the Dunkin' donuts on fort Campbell boulevard across the street from Walmart, there was a black couple in front of me that placed an order with a black employee she was so nice with them and pleasant especially when they tipped her. Next in line was me white girl and she immediately looked me up and down and was as rude as hell I was going to tip her as well but after that experience she received no tip. For the most part I go there almost every day and the employees are nice but there are a few black employees there that are extremely rude. Don't have any idea why I get this reaction because I am in the customer service field and I am always very pleasant and thankful to our hard-working employees. Management you need to sit down your employees and make them understand although they are getting a hard time from other customers there is also customers that are always very thankful to them and pleasant and if they're going to have a job they need to greet every single customer with a smile on their face. Dunkin' donuts step it up.
Have a sign up to order at Kiosk, which is fine, how ever the Kiosk don’t work and the employees will not accept order in the counter and I refuse to wait 30 min in the drive thru. The new management not the renovation has helped this store at all. I hadn’t been to this particular store in over a year, and I won’t be back, it’s still ridiculous and still faces the same problems
I go to this dunkin location quite regularly and this morning, I was ignored by all six employees for 10 minutes before walking out. Wasn't greeted or anything. A few of the employees made eye contact while they were goofing around, but they were in no way busy enough to have ignored a customer for that long. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the 2nd incident I've had at this store in 6 months. Something needs to be done with the management in this store.
Service is always slow. The employees always are confused when given an order. Has to be one of the worst ran Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. Seems to be too many employees standing around without the proper guidance from their manager.
Come on now.... its Dunkin!!! I'm a huge fan of their coffee and their sandwiches are usually always right on point. Lobby wasn't open which is a bummer but the drive-thru worked just fine. Pace was good and definitely made my morning alot better!!
Came in today, ordered online. They hand me my coffee and there is a long hair coming out of my coffee. I kind of like start saying something they ask what’s wrong, I hand them the super long hair covered in whipped cream from out of my coffee they literally grabbed it and said “oops sorry. Have a great day.” And sent me out. I’ve tried calling at least 6 times today to speak with someone and they don’t answer and it just says “the mailbox is full” never had an issue till today. Just very disappointed with the way they handled the massive hair in my drink. Stuff happens I get it but to just take the hair and send me on my way ?
