My mom got the new Brown sugar Cold Brew and she said it was disgusting there was no flavor and they didn’t make it right I don’t recommend that coffee
I got some coupons so I decided to go. The worker was very friendly and informative. I tried the Strawberry Coolatta. ? ? very ?? ??
Ordered 2 egg croissant sandwiches. Just egg only no cheese no meat. Probably repeated it 11 times. Received plain croissants. Informed the cashier the order was incorrect. She gave us 2 eggs in a box and said “here you can put it on yourselves.”
Much better service than the tiny town location. Except the mobile orders make this the worst place to be during busy hours. A 2nd line forms next to the order speaker and they wait for the smallest gap between you and the next car to cut you off. Not an issue until they stop the line from moving for 10minutes due to mobile orders keep showing up back to back.
I love this Dunkin’ 9 out of ten times I’ve come there. This is the second time however That I’ve ordered the bagel minis and they are ice cold in middle. Please heat them not sure if y’all are aware of the issue or not, I would have called but there’s no number. I hate having to leave this kind of review on a place I really like but wasn’t sure how to get the message to you
Got 2 cups of coffee and a dozen donuts. The coffee was wrong, and my whole family got sick from the donuts. Norovirus is a sickness from fecal matter. Do not eat or drink at this location.
Went here because I got new coupons in the mail specifically for this store. It was for a free Nitro cold brew (valid coupon) and the employee scanned the coupon saying it didn't work. She also said there was nothing she could do because there wasn't a manager in the store. She did nothing to try to fix the situation. I thought I would be going to this Dunkin from now on because it's closer to home, but no I will not be going back. The unwillingness to make it right was very frustrating. Guess I'll be going to Trenton where they always take care of me.
This Dunkin' is ONLY a drive-thru. It has two lanes, one for ordering and one for "mobile orders" (which seems like just a pass through to the drive-thru window).It seems to have a full menu, and is otherwise the same as a full Dunkin. I ordered a hot coffee and toasted everything bagel, and they were both as expected.
I have been four or five times now and every time the girls are extremely nice, polite, and efficient which is hard to come by nowadays. great customer service.
