Corporate needs to get there shit together the online app for ordering did not work. The dominos on quin lane in clarksville spoke with Hunter the manager and the GM Christine told me she could not help me will be contacting corporate and the escalation dept to see what they do. I order pizza from this company alot really hate to go to another company but if they resolve there online ordering app they will lose a customer real qiuck
No STARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Ibe ordered pizza WEEKLY from the dominoes. On Quinn Lane. I order today for my kids. Some guy calls from there being as rude as he can be telling me they don't deliver to my address. I explain to him that they were just there last week. I told him his driver's name. He proceeds to be smart and try to tell me he doesn't deliver to gate 2. I live nowhere near there. They just lost 200.00 plus business a month from us. I will never again use them.
the food is less than what one pays
Ordered something online. After going through the payment process with putting my card information down it said there was an error and to try again later and went back to the payment screen. I assumed it did not take my order (I should of checked my bank account) so I Ordered from another pizza place. Anyways dominos ends up showing up with my order.. I call them to get my money back, and they do but send the driver back out to come pick up my order just to throw it away lol now that was petty and I feel so bad for that driver.
This place is a mini restaurant inside risen shine store my experience from all 3 Days we had supper there was day 1 : got bread sticks they were good .day 2 : got cheese sticks and the part I thought. Was cheese was dough !!! They were awful . Day 3 I got more plain bread sticks they were as good as the first day . I mentioned my experience with clerk she didn’t seem to care or concerned with it . Would I return I would say in a scale to 1 -10 about a 6
If I could leave 0 stars I would. No sauce on the pasta, food was cold and when I called the restaraunt to speak with someone to try to correct it I was repeatedly hung up on. Will be taking my business to Luigi's.
I’ve never had a bad pizza from here honestly. They always get the order right & it’s always tasty for me. I usually do the $7.99 for Pick up only with 3 topping. They always have that coupon. I enjoy with mushrooms, & olives & the Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce
Ok so my order was made wrong....but I had a wonderful experience nevertheless do to them quickly making up for it by asking if I would like it remade and when it got here it was hot and perfectly made also I would like to praise my delivery driver Darryl who was amazing and awesome I hope you get a promotion you deserve one ?
I had a great dominos delivery experience from this location.I highly recommend trying your favorite pasta in a bread bowl! I don’t eat the very bottom crust off it but the rest is good.Also, don’t hate on pineapple on pizza. The one pictured below was delicious!
I will say this: There was some unit on base that ordered a BUNCH of pizzas. Like bring in a forklift amount of pizzas. What was so darn impressive was how well that crew worked to get those orders out. They way the manager interacted with his young crew, despite the stress of such a large order, was something else to behold. It was no wonder why that crew was working as flawless as they did.
