If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pizza at least tasted OK, but it was extremely sloppily put together and was barely even cut. The staff were extremely unprofessional and were goofing off and cursing, moaning (yes, you read that correctly, MOANING), and yelling. Impossible to enjoy our meal. I felt like we were in a high school cafeteria. Absolutely disgusting behavior and work ethic.
Ordered a pretty large order late at night. Micheal took very good care of me. I was really impressed with him. He was very nice and double checked everything to make sure it was correct and that I had everything.
Totally Terrible. Ordered a cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeños there might have been five jalapeños and three pieces of bacon not pieces but pieces about the size of an olive or half of olive. They said it on the porch in the cold weather and didn’t ring the doorbell so I knew it was out there. None of the food I’m getting delivered has been good. Dominoes you have lost it… Edwards
Food was good, and fresh. Cost a little extra because we got the lava cakes instead of the cookies from the mix and match special. Loved the food.1
I truly understand about being short staffed and all but when you order a pizza and the tell you it will be there in 30 minutes but then it shows up an hour late. And then I had to put it in my oven to heat it back up because it was completely cold when it arrived. No more will I order from this location. I can get the same pizza from Chris's pizza. And it will be hot when it arrives. Sango Domino's location is terrible!!
Domino's thin crust is my jam. I could honestly eat 1 every day. It is a mixed bag though on the outcome. Sometimes they get it just right with sauce and cook times, but others they will put very little sauce and others burn it to a crisp. For 8 bucks ill eat it either way but it would be nice to know what it will turn out like. Domino's is a pizza giant and even there other crust styles are good. I prefer them to the other "Big 3" pizza giants.If you have the taste buds for hot then try the Mango Habenaero sauce. It's amazing
Received my order an hour late. The pizza and pasta were very cold. The pizza tasted like it had been left out for hours and I paid for extra pepperonis and got less than the normal amount on the pizza. Looks like a thin crust pizza to me even though I ordered hand tossed. Big shoutout to Emily for not only refunding my order but hanging up the phone WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING and having an attitude as well.
2nd time of my order being late. 30 minutes since they said they were on the way and still waiting. Guy answering phone is so rude and argues with you. Last time I order from them, and my Family orders from there quite often. Now I'm at 45 minutes and waiting. .
Sat and waited on a pizza and wings for 1hr and 37min exactly before the driver even left the store. They could care less if its warm too cause mine had to be put in the oven. Making pizza must be one of the hardest jobs out there cause this is the 4th time from the SAME STORE. Pathetic, inexcusable, and disrespectful to the customer. Clowns.
I really don't know what was going on here. It was the not cut for me. Also made totally wrong as it was supposed to be square cut on order. But it wasn't cut at all. This type of stuff shouldn't even get paid for. Idk if it was a training group on staff or what. Either way we can see that something got missed with the assignment. I'm giving this 1 star because Domino's has more money then me so people need to see where this madness. Because I'm still confused how you all got my money. I'll be happy with a refund and some additional staff training.
