Everything's great except the one employee who walked out into the lobby and hollered the R-word in front of customers. Not what I want to hear when I'm taking my special needs child for ice cream ? but I don't want to hold the entire restaurant accountable for one ignorant, foul mouthed employee.
My experience was terrible. My friend and I came here after a walk on riverside. The manager Dan Shell was in the microphone and she was terrible. My friend has a speech problem, and announced it before ordering however the manager was still impatient. Long story short, a manager should not ever treat customers of that sort. If you are having a bad day, please get off the mic. I reported it to the owner Alan, hopefully it gets handled.
Always a good place for a quick tasty bite and then treat yourself to a no-guilt, satisfying sunday.
Prices are q little high and the portions were rather small but still love their blizzards

So, after multiple bad experiences I have continued to go back because I understand that everyone has their days when they are just doing the best they can, after this evening I will not return. The young lady working the register (Caleigh) took 2 orders ahead of me. Then when I stepped up to order she walked off and went behind the corner and shared conversation and food with a coworker. I know because I could see them and she was still slightly chewing when she came back to finally take my order. I placed my order since I had already waited. I know my once in a while order is not enough to effect their revenue, but I can choose where I spend my money. NOT AT THIS DQ!!!!
