Staff was very friendly, fast & accurate. Right after lunch hour and the place was immaculately clean. Wife got a cheeseburger meal, I got the cod. Unfortunately my fish was just eh. It seemed like it was seriously lacking flavor or seasoning. I hate that I was that disappointed. The burger and chocolate malt were delicious, though, so next time I'll try something else.
I have been here multiple times because the food is fantastic and the kids love the free ice cream that comes on the kids meal bag, but I docked a star because the customer service definitely has room for improvement. Not that it is terrible, but more often than not, most of the workers look and act miserable being there.
Horrible...My fries was not even luke warm...they had no crisp to them either. We asked for hot one as a replacement instead we got one colder than before. The chicken when I baited into it I got a mouth full of grease. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not do that. They finally gave us a refund...or at least we hope seeing it it is supposedly going back on the card. I will never go back.

I only gave two stars for freshness! It was our first time visiting and I can’t say we’re going back. I paid $29 dollars for two meals and 2 small pieces of non favored fish. The burgers were fresh but extremely dry and cooked very hard. The fries were fresh with absolutely no seasoning. It was a total let down.
Went through the Culver’s drive through today, they were busy, so we were expecting a long wait anyway, no biggie. After we waited and got our food, they had forgotten a shake, so we told the server and he went back in to grab it…. 20 minutes later as we see more food come out to other customers, we are still waiting. So we parked and had to go inside to ask for it. We were given no apology, no compensation, no offer for refund. Terrible customer service, would not recommend and we won’t be back.

A mid-West treasure in Clarksville, what a treat! We enjoy coming to this Culver's for Mushroom Swiss Burgers, crinkle cut fries, and cheese curds. Once in a while we'll even splurge on an oreo shake!!Lately there has been a little bit of food preparation control issues. One time the mushroom mix on my burger was inedibly salty.
Food is always fresh and tasty. They don't have food delivery service yet but if you ever catch yourself near one I recommend stopping by and grabbing a nice quality sandwich.
