I ordered in drive thru and they can't get your order right for nothing. When you order a double cheeseburger. Stop asking if I want cheese. When I ask for everything on the burger. It means that (your sign has what's included for everything). Stop asking if I want bacon and tomato. Those are add-ons by your own sign. Please train your employees on that. It's frustrating that when I order a double cheeseburger with everything. It's always different from what goes on it. Plus I didn't receive my sweet tea with my order. When my order is correct it costs $15.31 for two double cheeseburger trays. I told my sons that they're going to have to find a better restaurant to choose from.
Worse cookout we have ever been too. Tyjiana doesnt deserve a job how do yall expect to get paid 15 a hour if you cant even take 2 seconds and actually listen to the order and not give me attitude when I get to the front and missing half my order and act like its my fault. did you just space out for the last minute we were talking. When you told me you were out of the ranch I requested for that meal I was missing.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla, only got cheese. No salsa or hot sauce included. My friends hamburger was overcooked /dried out.
I absolutely love this place the one in Clarksville that is … Its my Go too for locally owned Fast food cheap cheat food at all hours of the late night munchies. I seriously have tried every one of there milk shakes and there all my favorite ?. I personally love there tray meals Double Big Burger with Everything add Bacon, Cajon fries and a Corn Dog with a Large Sweet tea..
Y’all should really be careful about the disrespectful workers you have ! Like march 8th around 8:00 was just a disaster for no reason , employees were very disrespectful and I asked for a refund and TURNED IN MY FOOD UNTOUCHED ! ! I didn’t receive NO REFUND , NOR FOOD & they kept my receipts & told me to call the number on my cup ! When I called the number she WAS ALSO DISRESPECTFUL & told me she can’t do anything without a receipt number after explaining to her NUMEROUS of times they kept it along with my MONEY & food . And IT WAS NOTHING NEITHER ONE CAN DO for me !
Very rude. I don't know who the girl is that took my order but she's not very professional. I would also like my refund for my piece of cheesecake. I had ordered one. I have now had to go to Jack in the Box for it. If she had said something loud enough where I could have heard her instead of too low where I couldn't have and not have quickly shut the window afterwards I would have gotten my piece of cheesecake. I need my refund for this please...
Best cookout I’ve ever been to. I go here religiously and today they outdid themselves. Speaker was down on right side so they came outside to take orders and was on speaker phone so the order line went through at normal rate. Thinking outside the box saves the day! Keep it up fam. I’ll always come to this cookout.
I ordered a $6.59 tray they are charging extra for everything now. it was $9.25 because I ordered it cookout style. good by cookout I will not be back. McDonald's is next door.
love the food but service is terrible. Nakita was our cashier and I got charged $33 for 3 trays. I looked at the receipt and wondered why it was so much when I got home because trays are $6-$7 a piece. Also my friend and I had the worse experience in drive thru tonight after nakita was our cashier again, she could not listen or repeat back the correct order. It had us stressed to the max and our order still came out wrong.
The girl Nikita charged my friend 33$ the first night when we didn’t even order that much food for three people then we went again and she couldn’t even comprehend my order and walked off and handed it over to another worker like take her off drive through she cannot handle it I work fast food and I can see when someone needs to calm down and do food instead
