I did not enjoy my visit here. The ice cream portions are small, and two of the ice cream cones I ordered came with hardly any toppings. There was one young cashier that was extremely rude. There was another cashier, and she was very nice. The ice cream was over priced. No wonder the place was empty when I went in. I do not plan on coming back, nor do I recommend this place.

I got the apple pie ice cream! It was delicious just wish the apple pie was heated up.

Not happy at all..Wanted a cute cake done for a friend. What i picked out was def NOT what I got when i picked the cake up today. I honestly could have done a better job making it myself. Asked for sprinkles they informed me they would give a discount bc they were out of sprinkles. They could have given me a call about that bc then i could have changed the type cake or just canceled my order. The hand writing on it is complete trash.
Bad location, they close an hour earlier the posted, and rushed customer service.
We kept returning, hoping to have a better experience. To describe the last three times I went — 1. All of the ice cream was significantly melted. Like liquid in a tub, melted.. They were out of milk as well so we couldn’t order milkshakes. 2. We went back, hoping that it was just a rough day (we all have them) but this time, the wait was extremely long, the customer service was poor, and the milkshake we ordered was the consistency of chocolate milk. 3. We decided to give it one last shot and I ordered a pint online to be picked up. My husband arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told that it hadn’t been made because the receipt was thrown away.The ice cream is good but the quality of the experience has been consistently poor.

I had the WORST experience here! First, they were OUT of sprinkles. Like, you’re a ice cream place and you’re out of sprinkles?! Second, I ask for extra toppings, I did not get extra toppings. Third, the two boys working were not wearing anything to hold their hair back, yes it was long and in their faces, hanging down. I will not be back to this cold stone. Disgusting.
I give this location a solid 2… mainly because of customer service. The lady behind the counter working was very rude and not welcoming at all. The other reason I give them a 2 is because of the smell on the inside of this location it smelt like chemicals. I prefer the location on tiny town and will only go there from now on.
