First we had a fabulous meal and time this past Sunday! Then you fast forward to today, I was doing some normal banking, when I saw my account had been charged $100 over what I had signed for at the restaurant!! I was very upset, but waited until I felt like there would be employees at the store so I could call and speak with someone! When they answered the phone, I had given a very brief introduction of why I was calling and to my surprise the manager already knew who I was and told me they have been hoping I’d reach out! They even tried to contact me on Facebook two days before my initiation! Without ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER I am getting that money back! I am very impressed with their integrity and how sincere and humble these folks are!! I will be coming back forever and ever!!! Thank you CiCis team!!! You are all appreciated!!
Went last night for $3.99 special but we come often as well. All the food was HOT and fresh. It was honestly soooo good and it’s unlimited. 2 people eating for $10, you can’t even eat at McDonald’s for that cheap!! Definitely will be back. Very kind staff.

Best place! I've been to cicis before but this stop is by far the best. Clean and the pizza is good and constantly fresh. Their choices are many and their staff is amazing. From the receptionist to the buffet workers, they are so nice and make too feel welcome. Definitely a permanent stop for me. Recommend!
I know a lot of people have expressed their opinion about this place and I'm here to share mine. I am from Michigan and haven't been to a Cicis in years after they closed it down where I lived. When my wife told me about the Cicis here we jumped for joy. We make it a once a month thing to go out to Cicis. It's not just pizza though, there is plenty of salad to enjoy. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially when they put out a fresh pizza, get it while you can! Our favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza which is amazing, all you have to do is ask for it and they'll make it.
I love cicis. The price is good, food is always to perfection and the staff is very welcoming. My favorite dish is the garlic cheesy bread. And every custom order I make is exactly what I imagined as well. Great job cicis!

Food was good under 20 for me and my fiance to eat. Ordered a personal pizza couldn't finish asked for a box to go and was told it was 50 cents per slice after already paying for the buffet. Definitely won't be back.
I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The place is always packed for dinner. There’s employees everywhere clearing tables, constantly keeping the buffet full non stop (not like other locations where there’s nothing), the cashier is super fast getting people in, there’s clean plates being stacked and when a pizza is ready they yell it! Tonight I saw what looked like a “taco pizza”… yes it wasn’t too bad.Good management and motivated employees here. I’ll continue returning here, every time I’m in town. There’s even a military discount. ???
BEST CICI'S IN THE COMPANY!!!My wife and I got there shortly before closing. The staff was AMAZING! The bar was as fully stocked as if they were just setting up for the lunch rush. I ordered a fully deluxe and she had the Buffalo pizza. Plus we both enjoyed salads, desserts and other types of pizza as well.The cashier was extremely nice, the managers were helpful and the young guy cleaning the dining room treated the place like it was brand new and the entire crew should be commended!!!I am not sure if anyone from corporate will read this, but I have worked restaurants for almost 40 years including opening about 10 new stores and this one SHOULD BE A TRAINING STORE ON ALL LEVELS!Thank you,Scott Kennie
