I ordered online payed for my food get there 30 min after supposed to be ready the rude ads night manager refused to give me my food system that they close in 10 min and they don't give refunds told her I'm gonn be right there till I get my food or refunds after asking for her boss number she then say she will make my food this. Is poor customer service
There is only 3 cars in front of me and I’ve been in line for 16 minutes and 10 of those minutes I was waiting for them to let me place my order. The woman taking my order was very rude on top of it. Every time I’ve been here it takes them forever even if I’m the only one in line. This is the last time I’m coming here. I don’t recommend if you’re really hungry or in a hurry
I LOVE their honey biscuits!! Fresh and hot but the rest of the order was not so good.Doors were locked and long line in drive thru

Service was slow and the chicken my chicken tenders were over cooked. My wife said that hers were fine. I had the spicy she had the regular tenders. Maybe they were cooked at different times.
SO much better than KFC! Seems like the portions are bigger too.... And the biscuits YUM
Slowest service I have ever experienced. We did curbside and still waited over 30 minutes for our food. It sucks that it's the only location in the area.
Only visit here when I'm in town for work. Visited this location twice in two days. Frustrating that the lobby is closed but the drive thru got me taken care of really quickly with super friendly staff and accurate with my orders.This will def be a regular stop every time I'm in town

We had guests in our home, and everyone agreed to Church's. We got the 24pc tender meal, 2 sides/8 biscuits with 2 half gallons, and an order of jalapeno poppers. They got one of the sides and the 24pc right, but we got ONE BISCUIT, they gave us OKRA INSTEAD of Jalapeno poppers, and the fries for the other side were not a Large. For how many times we had to repeat the order to MULTIPLE window clerks, the fact that they messed this up is astounding and INFURIATING. I would recommend eating anywhere else if you want your order done CORRECTLY.
