If you look at reviews from 2 3 plus months ago and it's still the same even though they say they are going to look into it they don't. They don't do anything at all. The staff is extremely rude and seems racist. The games are rigged where if you win the max amount it'll say you didn't and give you barely any tickets like 4 instead of 200. This happens a lot so it's obviously meant to barely give you any. If you're cool with spending $100 for only like $2 worth of prizes be my guest. I could go on and on. This place is just absolutely terrible. If anything I would recommend taking your kids to the city forum in Clarksville. They have an arcade and it's actually worth it. This place is not and I can see why they are billions of dollars in debt. You can Google that.
Overall the facility was good and the food, however our host was useless I pretty much could’ve done without him. Jeremiah hosted our birthday party for our 15 kids (which I felt I should’ve had 2 hosts with that amount). And he honesty didn’t know what he was doing I literally took control of the party and served all the food, drinks, cake, and everything else. Everyone was shocked at the amount of things I had to do and he did so little as a host. He offered, but when i gave him a task he either took forever or acted as if he didn’t want to do it. Not sure if he was new but the kid needs more training and someone to supervise him with a party of 15 kids.
Great atmosphere for young children and parents alike. Spent $30 for two people that included: a personal pepperoni pizza, a small drink and 20? points to use the PlayPass on the games. The establishment was very clean and looks updated with outlets to charge electronics at each table. Bathrooms were spotless. Ample space to move around without being uncomfortable due to crowds on a Tuesday. Left with a smile on our faces!
Single handedly the most overpriced and disgusting place you could take your kid. The staff are rude and insensitive, often times making fun of the customers and their children. The sanitary condition of the food prepping areas and so bad they could be considered condemnable. From the mold growing on the beverage bar to the mold growing on the produce, take your pick of which disgusting item you’d rather consume. And maybe while your there you can see the mice! and no i don’t mean chuck e… i’m talking about the dead ones that customers have reported laying on the floor. It’s a million wonders how this restaurant passed their health inspection, and how they’re even still open in general with the mismanagement.

We had my granddaughter 2 yr birthday party Sunday I was so disappointed in Chucky he didn't interact with the kids. He just barely moved while dancing .He should be excited but instead they all acted like the didnt want to be there.If they dont like their jobs maybe find another.My granddaughter went up to Chucky to shake his hand and he ignored her.And for her to walk up to him was shocking.She was very shy.Never Again will we have another party .Wasted money. I wouldn't ever recommend this place.
Not a big place but it was enjoyable. Customer service was good and pizza was what you would expect. Try and go during the weekdays if you want to stay away from crowds.
This place is clean and the pizza was actually very good. The price is crazy high but the games are cheap. I wish the pricing would come down just a little but my girls love it there and give it a 5 star!
This location is okay. They stamped our hands upon entering but then nobody was there to look at our stamps when we left. Overall clean. Not the best game selection at this location. Staff could be friendlier.
I did my son's birthday there. paid way to much for REALLY bad service. they didn't do much but make us wait. they were to busy talking. the place wasn't that busy & we were the only birthday they had & they didn't keep a eye on us or bring out our food on time. our party was 4-6 and we did get pizza until 550pm then rush through pizza. cake, ice cream. they didn't have half the stuff I had ordered ahead of time online. I have done parties here b4 not since 2020 but they suck Now!!! I will never do my kids party here again!!! NEVER AGAIN!! It's totally NOT worth what I paid ? I was soooooo upset
