EDIT: within a couple hours of the original review I received a call from Chris explaining a few things and taking responsibility for what was apparently a fiasco of a night after launching their 'text program'. We were issued a store credit (without asking) and an apology. I can appreciate him reaching out and fixing things, I'm an advocate for local businesses and the food there has always been high quality.We've been getting food from here for a couple years, the food is great. Delivery has always been a bit slow, but we make sure to order considerably ahead of time. Last Friday, it took MORE THAN 2 HOURS for the food to be delivered, when the expected delivery was less than an hour. We live 9 minutes away. We had a 10$ off coupon that didn't work online and couldn't get through to anyone over the phone. I put in the notes on the order that it didn't work.When the delivery driver came he just handed over the food and turned around and left. No mention of the incredible wait time or anything about the coupon. I left a review on the order afterwards and gave the business 4 days to respond before deciding to post this. We won't be returning.
This place is terrible. It’s our first time ordering delivery here. They’re definitely not the best of Clarksville! False advertisement. We said well done for the crust, not burnt and ordering online didn’t give an option of having it regular, it said light or well done. We are thinking it’ll be regular when it’s delivered to us. We had the chicken BBQ and cheesesteak. It wasn’t what we expected and we were disappointed. It’s not called scorching, it’s called an opinion about your business and the food, not everyone willhave a positive experience and I think you know that. Please refund our money back. However I also have to give credit when credit is due. Although we were dissatisfied; I respect the owner’s way of running his business if a customer is not satisfied. This place refunded our money asap. Although we wanted to love the food since it’s our first time, sometimes things just happen. Thank you for making this right.

Oh man. Now these folks here are not playing. I decided on the bbq chicken pizza and it was the kind of thing where I was basically in a trance until the last bite was gone
Everything was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. It was a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be going back soon.
We love Chris’s Pizza Village! Everything is always fresh and delicious. It’s our go-to pizza place.

Best calzones ever! The marinara sauce is also awesome, tastes homemade.Also, when I walked in to pick up my pizza, I saw the employees making the pizza by hand with FRESH dough! This place is the real deal!
My Wednesday nights are for pizza never one to be a creature of habit but with Chris' pizza I am. Wednesday night pepperoni and Buffalo chicken pizza are my go to every week, it's my hump day ritual
