I just placed an order for over $200 and the Door Dash driver would not even wait a few minutes for me to come downstairs. Then when I tried to contact the store, there is no option to speak with a person. I am very disappointed that my food was either returned or kept by the driver and feel Chipotle should have a better way to contact them for issues
You never know what you’re going to get with Chipotle. Sometimes it’s okay, but most times it just really sucks. They either don’t give you enough food or it’s just way too salty as with today’s order. We ordered at this location again, and the rice and beans were SO salty, my daughter and I could not finish our burrito bowl. I typically go for chipotle when I want something healthier than the rest when I’m in a hurry, but they almost always disappoint.
I am a vegan and find it difficult to find restaurants that support my lifestyle. Someone recommended Chipotle stating that they had a vege-wrap. I am so happy to find a fast food restaurant that offers this and it was so filling.Way to go Chipotle!
Tried this place for the first time about a week ago. The food was fairly good but I had heard the guacamole was great and mine wasn't. It was very old and starting to turn brown. The chips were stale also.
Usually known for amazing food but this location cuts corners serves raw hard uncooked rice and steak that is a little too bloody for most. I like rare steak so I wasn't complaining about the steak part, but my husband wouldn't touch it. There was too much going on not to mention the guac had huge piece of jalapeños and avocado strings and long pieces of onion it wasn't like it usually is at most Chipotle locations idk maybe they had a new chef
half this review is on chipotle as a company, and half on door dash and their employees.ordered on chipotle app, somehow wrong address was selected for order that was placed. immediately tried to fix it through the app. cant do that.tried to call chipotle. robot answering service run around for 10 mins.text door dash driver, they act like they dont have my order even though how else would i have gotten their number.finally get it to connect me, no one answers after it rings for 10 mins.call doordash, 10-15 more minutes of run around before they pawn me off on chipotle again.someone finally answers.order was marked delivered 20 mins ago at this point.get to location order was delivered, its not there. driver stole it after they marked it delivered since they knew i wasnt there.i doubt anyone will attempt to correct this, but whatever, here it is.
Chipotle is what it is but the food was done ahead of the time stated and it was probably the best made bowl I've had to date. The food was fresh and hot as it should be. It was a good visit.
Normally I have a great experience with Chipotle. I usually order on line then pick up the order. On Thursday December 2nd of this year at the Kennedy St location in Clarksville TN but wasn’t one of those good experiences. Both of the burritos I ordered had the same problem: They were wrapped poorly and quickly fell apart. I do not understand why this happened? Was there new employees making them? I drive out of my way to go there and I’m very disappointed and it will be a very long time before I use Chipotle again.
Ordered 2 burrito bowls, only the meat and rice were correct, almost all the toppings were wrong. Didn't order guacamole on either but one had an obscene amount on it. Bowls were also only half full
