I’m extremely disappointed food was okay and I was insulted and harassed by my waitress for not “tipping quickly enough.”
Still a great place to eat. They just need to keep better tabs on food temperature.It appears that management, has no interest in keeping the food hot! So therefore they have lost star rating!
Normally I'd give this place a 5 star rating. But after today that's not going to happen. I went to dinner with a couple of my friends and while one of my friends was eating the low mein noodles they started spitting out the food and a piece of metal came out of their mouth(they don't have braces or anything). And when it was time to pay, my other friend was taking care of the tip. I even told the waitress that she was and the waitress kept processingly asking if I was going to leave a tip after I had already told her my friend was taking care of that. But yet she continued to ask me to tip. Pretty sure that's a big no no in the restaurant business. ? Honestly don't know if I'll ever go back there again if they have people doing that..
This used to be our favorite buffet. I don't know if today was an off day, but we were very disappointed. The buffets were plentiful, but everything we had today was bland and flavorless. The sauce for the General Tso chicken tasted like watery ketchup. The staff was very friendly.
Lovely hot & cold buffet tables, spread with all of your favorites, with some different dishes adding to the flavors. Roasted mini portobello mushrooms & sauted green beans & black pepper chicken were my favorites this trip, topped off with cool melon & fruit.Plenty of room to accommodate our wheelchairs, & plenty of parking outside. The staff was efficient & thoughtful, with only a minor mix up of bringing iced tea when hot tea had been ordered. It was quickly corrected. The restaurant was clean & the kitchen staff that I met were personable & clean.
Food was good but waitress never stop looking at us waiting for a tip after we pay with card. I’m a good tipper because I know how waitresses get pay but she was way to much. Like I feel bad That I wasn’t able to enjoy my food because of the way she look at us. I’m probably not coming back because of this.
Real Chinese family/staff serving good Chinese food! Very pilot and professional, I love these people and their food. Only way it'd be better is if they had more Chinese wall decorations and an AK47 display piece for the wall. As a person that loves different cultures, this is a great place and can also get better. Good experience you get along with the food. Great work!
Food is good but this is the third time our waiter keeps asking for a tip. I understand waiters don’t get paid enough but not everyone has the extra money for a tip. But they are so rude about tips. We had two separate orders one was on a card and other was cash and they was like is this tip and where like no that’s for there order. And when we got our checks back and I signed it and put zero for the tip they said no tip. This is very unprofessional and very rude.
Big selection!! Sushi bar, rolls were fresh! Yummy! My honey enjoyed the frog legs, shrimp, crawfish!! There were three bars of food in addition to the sushi bar and the dessert and salad bar!! And biggie, the ladies restroom was sparkling clean! Wow! Now who is driving me home? ?
This used to be the best Chinese buffet in town. But, recently the quality has made a drastic decline. The food caused me and my husband to be VIOLENTLY sick all night.They let the sushi sit out in the warm restaurant, not in a cool area, just on a table for 8+ hours before making new ones, it's extremely unsafe and unsanitary. I can't imagine what they do with the other food if they're willing to do that to raw fish.
