The service was great and even though it was crowded, we had a party of 14 and we only waited for 10 minutes. The server was great and always kept the refills coming, we ordered appetizers and they were out within 5-7 minutes and were hot and good. The food was great and nobody had a complaint. I was to full to eat all my food so definitely worth the money.
When you want steak or Ribs, but the better places are packed, Chili's will do. The ribs I had today were blah, but not nasty. Outback and Longhorns are definitely better.Just visited again with my wife. Ugggggg. The picture of the burger says it all! The hair is an added delicacy.
We were seated in a timely manner. When we placed our order, the appetizer came out in an extremely short period of time. Yes you guessed it. Cold chicken tenders. They took those back and reheated, or nuked them. This time they were hot.Main course arrives, Cajun Pasta. Yep 2 for 2 pasta is not even room temperature. How do these places stay in bussiness?
We went after our softball games, they were happy and accommodating for 13 of us. Drinks came out quickly, appetizers and the food. Our server Kendall was friendly and treated us great! The food was awesome too
We came in early and were the only ones seated at the restaurant. Service & food were great. One of the best places we have dined in Clarksville. We got a nice booth and had too many delicious options to pick from the menu. I decided to to do something different and unusual for me to add a twist to 2022. I ordered a margarita (around 10:45 AM) and a large medium rare sirloin with asparagus & avocado. I usually skip meals and rarely order a drink so early in the day. The hubcap ordered the lunch special for $10.99 with potato soup & Cajun shrimp pasta. They were all delicious, and we enjoyed each bite. My steak was thick & cooked perfectly - medium rare. Chili's might be the perfect date place once every two weeks.We hardly ate that much food and boxed the rest for takeout. The server, Alex, was quick to get us takeout boxes & bags along with a takeout drink container. I had to drink the margarita fast, since you can't take it out to go.Military discount is 10%.
Yes this is a chain restaurant that everyone is familar with but this location does not provide a good experience! Today 2/16/22 the family and I went to this location on Lowes Dr and waited for a long while with no other guests waiting and with many seats open! The place had staff present , the hostess and bartender were leaning on the podium while other waiting staff walked around doing busy work! Once eventually seated we got our drinks rather fast but never had our order taken for over 45 minutes! Actually we never had our order taken the entire time! The family behind us called over the waitress due to issues with the check and they ended up waiting for a while as well! Still the staff lounged around aimlessly! Joshua Long is the manager at this place ( according to the signage outside ) Maybe he can get his crew together! My family did not end up eatting at this establishment as we want to wait any longer! Arrival time 6:40 table ready at 7:20 we exited at 7:55
Salad was to have no onions or tomato, it had both. No salad dressing. Fries were one hard lump and had no sauce, egg rolls were cold and had no sauce and the ribs were so hard fork couldn't tear
table was so sticky drinks wouldn't slide. Tea (sweet and unsweet) was so bad we couldn't drink it, but we still paid for it. Side ceaser salad was a small plate of sad lettuce drowned in bad dressing and cheese, no croutons, I wish I could share a photo here, it was wild. Drink refills were intermittent at best, last alcohol just never showed up at all. Lesson learned, never again.

First time there - date night with hubby was amazing. Great food. Appetizer was hot, arrived with perfect timing to be able to enjoy in plenty of time before our dinner arrived.Our server, Madison, was amazing. Helped with drink choices and was definitely on her A-game! Choice was exactly as she explained.We have been wanting to go there for some time now but they were always packed at night. So we went early, 4pm on a Saturday, a couple weeks before Christmas holiday.Highly Recommend Chili’s ! Loved that our booth had plenty of privacy. No strangers or children staring at you while you are trying to enjoy a good meal and great conversation with your spy. Too many places have the very low privacy walls around their booths, so this made it extra nice to enjoy the atmosphere.
