Nothing like paying high prices for good food and this is what you receive. How disrespectful and such a slap in the face. Service is always slow. I don’t understand how hard it is to get an order of 10 minis vs getting 2 4 count minis. Always takes extra time and this time looks like they just threw the minis in the box ???

By far the worst chickfila i have ever been to. They consistently mess up orders, do not move efficiently and today i found a long hair on my chicken sandwich. Luckily i saw it before eating it. I've given this particular store numerous chances and it always comes up short. I have never had issues like this with any other store, do better. It should not take 30 minutes to go through a drive through with less than 10 cars in line. Go the extra few miles to a different chickfila.

The staff at this store are always fantastic, but tonight, the young man, Diontae, came out in the pouring rain to bring my food to my car. Despite the weather, he had a big smile on his face and was very cheerful. I am absolutely impressed that in a world where workers are disgruntled and unfriendly, this young man could still be a shining example of great customer service. Great job!

We used to get Chick-fil-a all the time in California and honestly, it was much better there. I feel like the food quality at this location is worse than my family and I are used to and the fact that they have gotten my order wrong 3 out of 4 times doesn't help.Even the customer service is different. People here just seem more upset to be there than what I'm used to.To me, Chick-fil-a in the south is supposed to be better than in California but so far, it hasn't been the same experience whatsoever.We definitely aren't going as much as we used to and I don't see it increasing in future.

Both of our Chick-Fil-A locations are normally Always busy, yet worth the trip. The food has always been good and on this date it was the same Great taste! Good service, Great Waffle fries, etc. One suggestion, please ensure that that we get our receipt and that a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich survey is available on the receipt. The Chick-Fil-A survey on the receipt has been limited since the pandemic and we understand, yet it is a Great Perk that loyal consumers like me appreciate.

Everytime I go to eat there my order is always missing something whether it’s something simple like straws or sauce or whole food items. Today was ordered a 12 count meal and my box came with ten nuggets. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s literally every time I go there. If you want higher wages at least be willing to care about the job you do enough to not make the business look bad. Now I’m left to wonder if some high schooler miscounted my nuggets or if one of the workers took them lol.

Went inside to order a frosted lemonade. After 10 minutes didnt have it still had to go back up and ask for it and was offered the one that had sat there for 10 minutes. Never offered an apology, just the drink. I expected better.

Every Chick-fil-A I have ever been to has a long line, this one is no exception, but don't let that discourage you, they seem to have the fastest moving line in the industry. My favorite chicken sandwich, simple yet outstanding, love this franchise, just wish they had one a little closer to my home!

Placed our take-out order inside the restaurant. Once our order was ready, we took it to the car & left. Several minutes later I reached in the bag for the second sandwich, & it was something we had not ordered. Not the original sandwich, but one with cheese, tomato, lettuce. We did not have time to go back, but I did call to let them know. The employee listened, apologized, & then seemingly disconnected me.

It was very tasty. We ordered chik pilet delux and french fries. It was very good. The french fries tastes like real potatos. I order a market salad without the blue cheese and it was good. We didn't wait a lot for the food
