Service was great. Tyler (My server/Bartender) was very polite, sociable and checked on me throughout my time there. Even when I cashed out. I ordered spinach dip (always delicious) a salad (fresh), and the bourbon glazed salmon with steamed broccoli. I ordered the small portion. Ended leg day very well. Overall, from the service to the food, my experience was Five Stars.
Excellent service! The kitchen staff got our order all wrong, but waitress quickly corrected it. Food was good, steak was cooked as ordered. My grilled shrimp was barely grilled and covered with some kind of sauce that was hot. Menu did not explain that. Most grilled shrimp is just that...grilled. I do not like hot/spicy shrimp. Otherwise, I would recommend highly.
This was our first visit to Cheddars in Clarksville our wait was only about an hour and half. Compared to other restaurants in the area that was perfect. The food was amazing. Everything we order was hot and cooked to perfection. Our waitress Madison was so sweet and kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault!! Hands down best food and service we have had in a long time..

One of my favorite places. The cheese dip is so yummy. My favorite dinner is the Key West Chicken and Shrimp. Service is fast, friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Good portion sizes as well. Overall great time is had when we visit this place.
Everything was really really good here as far as service and that's a huge deal considering that the place was absolutely jam packed busy when we arrive. The hostess informed us it would take a good 30 to 35 minutes to get a seated and she was right on the money with that.After getting seated our waitress was extremely friendly and took excellent care of us across the board and knowing that I was on a Daniel Fast took the extra measures to ensure that I didn't end up getting something that would have not been exactly great to have during the fast.My only complaint with this establishment was learning that I couldn't order green beans because they were cooked in pork fat or something to that effect. I kind of find it silly in defeating the purpose of ordering vegetables if you flavor them using the stuff that you're trying to avoid perhaps by getting vegetables haha. That might be something that needs to be addressed
The food was hot and delicious but I'm not sure how I feel about them serving only ONE Honey Butter Croissant before the meal though. They promote those Croissants as though they're unlimited. Then, have you pay for extra Croissants; You pay ENOUGH for the Steep Price of the meal :(
I was not pleased with my order. My ribeye was way too fatty. Texas toast wasn't buttered and hard as a rock. Seasoned rice was pretty bland. Baked potato soup was okay but nothing compared with O'Charlies!My husband enjoyed his meal. He had something else! I didn't complain to our waitress, it's not her fault. She was nice and attentive and she got a nice tip. Thank you.
Oh it was so good. I kept hearing that it was expensive, but when I got there and saw the prices. It wasn't expensive at all. The prices were pretty normal. The burger was so delicious and from what my friend say, her wrap was good too. The staff were so nice to us. The wait time was a little long, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, they earned a 5 star rating.
