Ordered food online and got there and they can’t find my food. I went over the address and order number and it was all correct. Manager says can’t find your order and rushed me out the door with no order. I wasn’t reimbursed the $50 of the order and never returned a phone call from this restaurant or corporate office. Please someone tell me how to get my money back or file a small claims court issue.
RAW FISH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUPER LONG WAIT! I DON'T WANT FOOD REPLACED. I WANT A FULL REFUND! HAD TO COOK IT AT HOME IN AIR FRYER! NASTY! NO CAR TO RETURN BECAUSE I TOOK A LYFT THERE. COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR RIDE BACK TO RESTAURANT AND BACK HOME. ON FIXED INCOME.
I called to see if their dining room was open and theirs is still closed. I don't know what their reasoning is, weather it's covid or lack of employees. If you want to dine in go to the Captain D's on Riverside
Went to get food and forgot to order a drink so I was going to at the window, asked for a large sweet tea and the guy just stared at me, then said well we don’t have any large cups I can get you a sauce followed by what sauce you want. Staff are trash and need to be fired.
The food was good, and I think they've got the best tea. The staff aren't very friendly though, and kind of rude...at least the 1 person in the drive-thru.
Ordered a 2 piece with fries and breadsticks and a drink. The fish was cooked to perfection. The service was pleasant as well.
Food was good and warm. Forgot my drink but can't blame them to bad only had 2 people working and I drove off kinda quick.
We have been here a few times an the experience is always the same PIPING HOT FRESH FOOD. Man Captain D's has been one I loved since I was a kid but they have all went really downhill esp in Nashville so since I recently moved not far from this location I figured I would give it a shot. SO GLAD I DID, AMAZNG!!! FRESH, HOT, CRISPY FISH, FRIES AN THE BEST GREEN BEANS.
As a doordash driver I find it highly inefficient to have this place be drive thru only especially when it's ridiculously busy. That means I have to literally sit for 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a simple order that could have been picked up very quickly and I also have another customers order and now everyone has to wait because I can't go inside and pick up a pre ordered, prepaid doordash. So stupid
