Everyone is always so nice there! The servers and bartenders are awesome, the food and drinks are great and I can always watch any games I want!
Went in on a Wednesday and wait was only about 30 minutes...Once we got our wings, our waitress spilled the fries and went to get me another...20 minutes later I get my fries...The wings were overcooked and like jerky...Took forever to get a refill for drinks...This specific BWW has just went downhill...I was polite and explained it took 20 minutes to get another fry and wings were tough and she just looked like a deer in headlights...No apology nothing! I wasn't looking for anything free, just make it right... That wasn't even offered...Spend your hard earned money somewhere else
Horrible service, cold food.
The good: The wings were well seasoned and tots were good. The server was nice.The bad: The service wasn't great. Orders of fries were forgotten and showed up cold, wedges with cheese just looked sad. Empty glasses and empty beers ?.Got a salad to go. Asked for guacamole, didn't get it. The egg was cut with a knife that still had hot sauce on it. Salad was otherwise missing the seasoning.Probably won't come back here for a while.
I went here tonight and ordered 30 wings and fries for me and my children , not only was our server Harlie RUDE , But she delivered an extreme small amount of oil burnt fries and ICE COLD wings no exaggeration , I ask for a the manager who comes to the table exchanges our cold food for warm food. She did not apologize nor make it right , both of my boys also ordered strawberry lemonade and instead of giving them a refill with that she gave them lemonade and said “I’ll have to charge you for a refill ….. yes I know this !! it was extremely insulting that she just assumed I wouldn’t be ok with paying for my sons refill ! I wasn’t out looking for a free meal either we were looking for a hot one my experience tonight was awful and I wouldn’t recommend this location , this is the 2nd time I have had a not so great experience at this location , I’m a previous waitress and I know protocol when the “kitchen messes up” ! The economy is crazy right now and when someone goes out to spend money with you atleast make it worth it and if not worth it then right ! I walked away with such a bad taste in my mouth tonight. DO BETTER BDUBS ! Complete waste of $100 !
Last few times have NOT been great we decided to give bdubs one more chance and our server Mesa was by far the best service We’ve had any where in a looong time with covid I know it’s hard to have worker let alone good ones. My drink never got below half way had napkins before I needed to ask for them and she even let me know I had a coupon with my blazin rewards 10/10 Go to bww and ask for Mesa she will take care of you thank you girl we will be back!!
Food was great, but the music was so incredibly loud the waitress couldn't understand us and got our orders wrong. I wanted a salad instead of fries, my meal came with fries, I said no I ordered a salad. I was charged for both and the waitress argued with me about what I actually ordered.
I sat at the bar with a couple buddies. Ended up ordering a wing and boneless wing combo and substituted the fries for Salad. Didn't realize that it already came with a small salad. That aside, there might be too many flavors of sauces to choose from. Even at the bar the service was quick, drinks refilled timely, and the staff seemed attentive. Would recommend.
Horrible service and rude staff. They basically told a group of teachers today that their errors were our problem. I suppose we were suppose to bag our own food, and make sure it was ready on time. It’s okay to make mistakes, but this place continually messes up our orders.
Very disappointed this time. Our server was wonderful and our appetizers were great. Then it went downhill...my husband's food came out quickly and was good.My food came 15 minutes later, and our son's came almost 20 minutes later. He ordered 15 boneless wings and they barely sauced.I realize that the restaurant was very busy, but to have a 35 minute wait between the first and last order for 1 table is terrible. I'm not sure if we will be back.
