I don’t really know what to rate it but they have a lot of issues. They have some issues with their froyo. There are more non working ones then there was working. And the ones that were working wouldn’t come out and we had to try like 10 times to get it to actually work. And I heard one of the employees making fun of another lady for “looking like someone from stranger things” and that with me is not acceptable. And about the chalk, there was not even any chalk sticks available. And on top of that there was loose dirt on the floor. The ice cream tasted good but everything else is absolutely horrible. Overall it was horrible service and I will NOT be back. Update - I did return did take out much better service!
Cole who works here is great with exceptional customer service! Desserts were good and they got a 100% on their health inspection. Boom!

I went into the Sango location about 10 minutes before closing and the employee was so incredibly nice and helpful and it honestly felt like he appreciated my business. This was only our 2nd visit but we’ll definitely be going back more often. The customer service is incredible as well as the watermelon frozen yogurt.
