Worst experience got my order taken but then everybody in the store got helped and was out the door before my order was even made then they made one of the orders I placed put it in the refrigerator and it melted and would not re-scoop a new one it’s dirty on the inside of the store they didn’t have half their ice cream‘s available absolutely the worst store I’ve ever been into
As of May 2022, they no longer have the dairy free salted fudge but they now have dairy free mint chocolate chip. It's not green. It's really [email protected]_of_adventure

On 1/15 I ordered a Oreo layered sundae and received my order with no issues. On 2/5 I ordered the Oreo layered sundae and was told they didn’t have the stuff for it (odd but ok) and I ordered a regular vanilla scoop with gummy bear toppings and was told they Didn’t have that toppings. Ok cool no big deal. Today 2/12 I ordered the same thing, Oreo layered sundae and vanilla ice cream with gummy bear toppings and received a call from the door dasher that they don’t sell the Oreo layered sundae at this location but can make a regular sundae with Oreos In it…. Not sure how that makes sense. And then again they said they don’t have gummy bear toppings. Why are things on the menu if they aren’t available? I tried calling before ordering too just to verify there wasn’t going to be issues but the phone number online doesn’t work.
So my husband and I went to the BR on ft Campbell blvd , waited in line forever and as we went to order a brownie sundae we’re told they didn’t have the correct containers so we then ordered the banana royale and was told the same , if you don’t have the correct containers either post a sign letting your customers know or use some imagination and use a different container , but don’t let your customers wait just to give them a lame excuse for not wanting to serve them . We won’t be going back this isn’t the first time there have been issues with this location .
put an order in for 5 double scoops and when I got the order there was only 4. it's sad how easy it is to actually read an order but how pathetic it is they can't ever get it right. I will never order from here again and I hope this review people see and use caution when they order from here
The staff was nice but the chocolate icecream and brownie i ordered didn’t meet its standards. The brownie wasn’t soft and I’m sure it contained bits of treenuts which I’m allergic to. I also didn’t receive my receipt. Please handle food accordingly for people with a nut allergy.
The manager there is always smiling unlike the past managers I’ve incountered . We have a good conversation and laughs . She also makes my drinks fast and wonderful quality! She keeps me coming back .

OMGOSH, came here Tuesday as well, that Beach Day flavor ice cream
