The worst customer service. The young lady with the holographic septum ring, name on tag is Amber. You could tell she didn’t want to be bothered by her customers nor did she want to be here. My iced coffee tasted straight like creamer so I had to order a double shot of espresso to add to it. The sourdough sandwich and avocado toast tastes and smells like burnt rubber.
Horrible service. Stood there for at least ten minutes at the front of the line and no one took our order.
The staff this morning was AWESOME. The girl who took my order was kind then a guy at the front helped me with my food and coffee. He was SO KIND AND SWEET. Dark hair dark complexion- I didn’t get his name! He deserves the compliments to me! This staff was working at 8:30ish this morning. Great team!!

Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes for (1) scoop of ice cream….I was the only one in the drive through at the time
I hate this location. They have some non smart employees and mess up my order both times. Tried for both Dunkin’ and baskin and I just can’t get over how incompetent they are there.
Not a happy customer !! I go to baskin /dunkin all over the Midwest and farther. I have never ever been treated so bad. Sign out at the road says Dunkin/baskin so I get in line for drive thru. It's a long line moving very slow. The line is about 12 plus cars. It stretched into the street. I waited my turn I finally get all the way up to the drive thru speaker.((15 minutes)I place my order. The young lady tells me sorry sir baskin isn't open until 10am.(It's 935) I said since when ? I go to basskin/dunkin everywhere all are open at same time. I said I just waited 15 minutes in line. Sorry sir. I said where is the sign saying not open until 10am ??? Not one. Once in line there is no way out. By the time I get to the window it's another 5 minutes. So now it's 940. I asked since I've waited in line 20 minutes you can't make me a blast ? No sir she says. I said what happened to customer being right or good old customer service. The right thing to do would of been to say "sir we normally don't open baskin until 10am but since we don't have a sign up stating that before you pull in line. I will make you one this time" . Very unhappy !!I do hope some changes are made so other loyal customers don't waste their time there like I did. I'm a veteran and I have a lot of friends. This place gets a one star from me for very bad customer service.
Longest wait of my life I was wondering if the place was closed or if I was at the wrong window. Waited like 30 minutes all for her to say she can’t tell me what flavors of ice cream she has and I have to come inside. What a joke

Who is the franchise owner? The new crew took down the sign on the drive thru window that had the owners contact info, probably because they don't want the owner to know how bad they suck. I ask for a medium iced pumpkin chai and everyday since this new crew has been on, about a month now, they can't seem to make a simple drink. SHE MADE MY DRINK 4 TIMES!! And still got it wrong. First time she gave me straight milk. Second time, when I asked her to fix it, she handed me a pumpkin iced coffee? I asked for a chai and I'm 8.5 months pregnant? Third time, still has zero chai syrup and pumpkin. Fourth time made it but the cup sticker said 1 pump of pumpkin....a medium..all Dunkin' mediums come with THREE PUMPS standard. She literally creates her own recipes. Who the hell trained this new crew? Disgusting
