We arrived about 10:45 got our order were home about 1105 and opened our food to find those lovely stink bugs in our fries and sandwiches. The stink bugs were all dead. 3 meals in the trash. What a shame i just do not feel good about eating here anymore. Unfortunately we wasted our money and time. The only good part was the window cashier was professional.
This was the first time We went to this particular Arby's. And I must say I was Very Impressed. Clean Inside and Outside. While Standing in line, I was watching the employees working. It was like a Well Oiled Machine. It was getting lunchtime busy. The Manager came out to Help. And it was like one more Efficient part to the Machine. Cashier was very polite. Greeted Me with a Smile. My Order was Correct. (Pretty Big Take out Order). Food Was Hot and Delicious. I would Definitely Go Out of My Way to Return to this Arby's.
Took almost 20 minutes to get my order. Half my food was cold after waiting on fries and mozzarella sticks.
Mary Ann gave me the warmest welcome as soon as I walked in! She took my order with care, made sure my food was fresh, and even connected with me on a personal level. The whole staff was very caring. I ordered the creamy mediterranean wrap and the jalapeño poppers and it was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant, including restrooms, were very tidy. I highly recommend this Arby’s…you’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face :)
Grabbed a late lunch for myself and the kids. Didn't have to wait too long which was nice. Only downside is location. I hate having to cross Wilma so I always turn right and turn around at another location.
Without a doubt, this is the best Arbys. We came in late, tired and hungry. The staff was so wonderful. They made us smile and treated us so precious. Then my daughter left her phone which we discovered about 20 minutes after we left. We called. They waited on us and even brought the phone to our car with a smile. Excellent service, personal and friendly.
This particular Arby’s is the worst ever. They do one order at a time which takes 15-20 minutes in line for each person. When my food was given to me, I sat at the window and waited for them to come back because They forgot my au jus cup, While they were getting that for me they were shaking their heads and rolling their eyes the entire time. The name on my receipt was Mary. As I was going through my bag, my sandwich was unwrapped and my Au jus cup they had given me had little au jus even in it!! If your going to Roll your eyes and have an attitude the whole time you’re serving, then you do not need to be in this type of work. Both girls had the worst attitude!!!!
I always get the double roast beef sandwich and it never varies from one store to another. Meets my needs better than other fast food places.
Get your act together. Be faster at taking orders. You don’t need to take an order and wait to fill that order before taking the next order. Just take orders as fast as possible and then fill them all.
The staff was very nice and patient at the drive-through window even though it took me a minute to figure out what everyone wanted. The food was good and exactly how we expected it to taste.
