Placed an online order to pick up at window when I got to the drive-thru window I was told I would have to come in to the store I said I'm handicap and cannot come in at the moment and the person at the window told me oh well I don't know what to tell you then! Meanwhile their website says order online pickup at window. very very rude people at this store very rude the manager's name is Marissa Hann she and told me her Employee was not rude and that was their policy. And all I wanted to know was why was that their policy when it says you could pick up at the window on the website! As I'm standing in the store with my cane people are going by me in and out the side door bringing things to different cars okay why couldn't someone bring my food out to my car makes no sense to me!! But a very nice young woman name Angela help me to my car with my bags and I appreciate her and I thank her! thank you Angela oh and by the way Angela doesn't work at Arby's!!
My sister and I ordered online so we could pick it up because she is handicapped and I just got out of the hospital. So going in the store was impossible. That's why we did it online it said you could pick up at window. Well when we got there the girl at drive thru was very rude and said that she didn't know what to tell us we had to come in. All she wanted to do was argue and be rude and the Manager Melissa Haunn let her do it she was working with her on drive thru. They were running other people's orders out to them I don't understand why they couldn't take 2 minutes to run it out to us. So my sister had to go in can barely walk with a cane. But a very nice woman gave my sister help to the car with the bags and she didn't even work there. Thank you Angela for helping my sister ??.This Arby's I would not recommend to anyone!!

Update: Arbys contacted me about my last time at the Arbys on riverside and gave me a free meal so i went back and the food and service was way better this time i dont know if it was the different shift but it was goodI went to riverside one. i ordered beef and cheddar, the bun was burnt and there was no cheddar on it. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and at the window i said dont forget the marinara sauce well guess what no marinara sauce but a bunch of sauce i didnt ask for. They had me pull up to wait on food but for some reason it was cold.
Always a great place been going to any Arby's since I was a child. I am happy with service an food quality.
The lady brought my food out I thanked her and told her I was sorry but could I get some ketchup she had an attitude when she went back in came out with it I said thank you sweetie her reply was yeah so I don't go where employees are rude and she was the guy at the drive was a pleasure very nice and friendly so if you like rudego to Arby's on Riverside Dr.
The guy who brought us our meal in the bag and looked and made sure we had everything even though we didn’t and he went back in and got the rest of our food. Thank you to guy in the black shirt.
Me and my nurse went to arbys for lunch on Monday January 31st 2022. The cashier Alexandria didn't know what she was doing and was extremely rude her assistant manager dawn came up and told her it's not your fault they are mixing you up.she was also very rude. I normally have good experiences with this Arby's but not today I don't think I'll come back to this one anytime soon. Forgot to mention my nurses order was wrong too.
Service was slow, cashier didn't know how to ring up my order she got assistance from one of the manager but still rang it up individually instead of a combo so I paid more.
I was the only one in the drive through and two people pulled up and left because of the wait. I asked the girl if I should go somewhere else and she said you can if you want to. I asked how long the wait would be and she said we are busy inside so I don’t know.
