If I could leave a 0 I would.. after being seated by a hostess who was talking on her personal cell phone, we were taken to a table to wait another 12 minutes to receive any type of acknowledgment from a waitress. There were 2 other tables here. The table behind us were complaining as their steak was raw.. after this we took extra caution. And low and behold, our chicken wings were also raw. Our waitress never returned to check on us, until it was time to bring us our check. After we spoke with manager about the issue, our waitress aggressively grabbed the old check and put it in her pocket as if we did something wrong. DO NOT EAT HERE.
We were the first ones in the door when Applebee's opened today. Literally, the first ones. Why was our table nasty?? There were crumbs and dried ketchup smeared on the table. Not a deal breaker, but that should have been cleaned last night, or at least this morning before opening. The service was good and the food was good, so that's why I still give it 4 stars.
Server was awesome we had a big party she was on top of it how ever they were out of a few things we ordered on a Saturday night thought this was not ok but whatever. After getting our food some wasn't made we got old dry hard fry's an the broccoli taste like liking a salt block wont go too deep into my chicken plate but my chicken shrimp all I could taste was seasoning is very overpowering but texture was awesome and cooking on point ?. All in all good experience maybe just a bad night in the kitchen.
Horrible service and experience altogether. Waited closed to 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us once we were seated and a hr before getting our food(after asking our waitress to make it to go due to waiting so long). Everyone around us was getting their food before us even after getting seated after us. Voiced my concern to my waitress and while doing so she had a smirk on her face like she wanted to laugh or something. I want to think that she was acting that way because she just felt awkward about the whole situation and this was her reaction but she made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer. Once the manager came to my table to address the issue, since food had to be re made also I can say she tried to make the situation better but even with that the experience was not pleasant.
Pleasant experience, average service. Nothing over the top. Had the Burbon street steak with potatoes and a salad. It was a tuff cut of meat and that is just hit and miss with them. Don't go there high expectations and you will enjoy yourself.
Ordered fish and chips with delivery cost and tip it was 22.00. I would be ok with this but all i hot was 4 warm pieces of fish no fries. That means i paid 5.50 per piece of warm fish....not going to do that again
My family was on a road trip from Florida back to Wisconsin and we needed a quick dinner before we went to bed for the night. We stopped at this Applebees for something easy. The food wasn’t anything to go crazy over, but it was pretty decent. Our waitress was Taylor B and she was a fantastic young lady. She was very polite and helpful the whole time we were there. The place was basically empty which was nice because most of the attention was on us. Overall it was a decently pleasant experience.
Sad to say but disappointing at best. Applebee’s is actually my favorite major chain. However, this location isn’t nearly on par with its peers. The four cheese Mac and cheese I ordered neglected cheese. It was lightly coated with Alfredo sauce and that was it. The bacon was roughly 1 slice “I’d argue less than”. This wouldn’t have stuck out to me had the waitress had not given me a “bacon warning” selling me on the bacon content prior to ordering. The chicken on top was however phenomenal. The onion ring appetizer was undercooked and disappointing. My friends burger had the inside white of the lettuce which most establishments would discard; not acceptable. The waitress was very nice but seemed very flustered. Bless her soul they could use more help so staff wasn’t over worked as hard. Very clean building and the presentation of food was fantastic. It seems the back of the house has much improvement needed.
Food was okay, could've been a bit better.... but our server was incredible. Cannot remember her name unfortunately, but she was a total sweetheart! They were pretty understaffed but held together well it seemed. Food came out at a reasonable time and the service was great!
Salad had way too much dressing, there was a bug in one of our drinks, husband's steak was burnt! We were very underwhelmed! Bill was over $100 for 5 of us... things definitely should have been better than what we got
