Shallowford Rd in Chattanooga, TN1 star because of this location’s lack of cleaning and service. No one was cleaning tables as people left. We had to find the best one we could and clean it ourselves. Our food was served on a tray that had not been cleaned. Crumbs were all over it. Lack of personality by the ones at the register prevented us from even trying to correct a wrong order. As I went to the restroom, an employee came in behind me. I thought my daughters had walked in too. As I washed my hands, I glanced in opening of other stall to check on my child only to notice the employee was sitting on the top of the toilet looking at her phone. The food was great as always, BUT this location needs some attention and will be crossed off our list of places to stop.
The manager working on 05/03/2022 at 9:30 PM is absolutely horrible. She mentioned this location is a franchise and it's clear they are not required to uphold the same level of customer service as a non franchise restaurant. She was absolutely rude and hung up in my face when she was faced with a challenging question. My order was incorrect and simply no responsibility was taken. The food was disgusting and the manager said she prepared them personally. I've always loved zaxbys but this was the worst food and service ever! They will never receive my business again
Food was good. Cashier was rude. Homeless guy eating at the prep counter, with his rear end plopped on the counter. This is the counter where people lay food and drinks to prepare to go to their tables. Not one soul said anything to this obviously unsanitary, and smelling of cigarette smoke, man. Pathetic. Chattanooga is better than that.
Told us to take a survey on our receipt for a FREE zak snak. We did it and got the code. When we returned we were told it was "buy one get one" even though that's not what it said on the receipt... At all. We weren't going to argue with minimum wage workers over a chicken meal, but really? What is the point of doing the survey .. we got nothing for "free" and ended up having to spend more money for food (and drinks) we didn't need. This location needs some serious work. Leann is the only employee there who seems to have any sense and enjoys what she's doing. I hope she gets a promotion or moves somewhere where she is appreciated more.
Food was great as always, but employee seemed not to enjoy her job or the customers she had. Refused to smile or hold conversation- a downer to our otherwise pleasant evening. Took the orders very cold & robotically. If she hates the job so much, she needs to be in the back and allow someone else to be up front.
15$ for a traditional wings and things “go big” which means large fries and drink right. Well they gave me less than a handful of fries. I normally don’t do negative reviews but this is the fifth time that I order a meal and say go big and pay extra for extra fries and have barley enough to cover the bottom of the box. 15$ is an insane amount but I pay it because I like the food but it would be nice to get 15$ worth of the food for once since I pay extra to get extra. Go to the Zaxby’s on east brainerd road they never rip you off when you say go big. Not to mention there’s no seasoning. Picture below ??
Went in at 9pm December 27th 2021. Never been here before, from Iowa. Employees were rude, except for the person who took our order. Everyone else was extremely unprofessional, I looked back into the kitchen to see a very filthy prep and cooking areas. Witnessed several cross contamination violations, by the gentleman who was the manager. Other employees were laughing about people not getting what they wanted because they were out of that particular product. And if all that weren't enough, if I were to call the food sub par I would be giving it way too much credit. WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. HELL I MAY CURSE THE EXIT OFF THE HIGHWAY JUST BECAUSE. WORST CHICKEN PERIOD!!!!!!!
Ordered via uber eats. Food was good and portions were plentiful. Would certainly order again. Good delivery time as well.
It's good food and fast service. They were out of cole slaw last night so they offered us extra fries instead. No hassle in ordering at all. We'll be back to this location.
Gross soggy bread, lettuce was snotty, chicken was hot on the outside and cold in the center but cooked through. Like it had been sitting for hours and then microwaved. Asked for a remake, got the same thing with a different sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.
