One of my favorite places to eat chicken. The drive-thru line today (03/28/2022) was very long. I'm not sure what was going on but I sat in line for about 20 minutes until I got to the speaker. When I got home with my order, I opened to find the food cold and and the toast was burnt. I had to warm my food up in the microwave and throw the toast away (maybe it was a blessing in disguise, ha ha)

Avoid. Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever had. No zax sauce, cold, and over cooked. This was about a $14 meal.
Great service so far no issues with food or employee interactions, only complaint would be sometimes drive-thru tends to feel like a snails pace at times but it's always when it's busy at those times it's felt like that. Great team and management I'm guessing.
MMM white uncooked ff with wings sitting in a puddle of sauce like a half cup or more of sauce, so slow but you can't take time to strain sauce off. Wait 3 minutes at window and awful customer service. Don't visit this place unless you want food that no one cares about . Come on man you guys need to do better
This was totally horrible!! Got the wrong order. Called and they said come back. So we drove back only to be treated rudely and given ice cold food!!! There was no remake about it!! Probably the actual food they didn’t give us the first time. Not being ugly but fast food workers do not deserve $14-$15 an hour. Even in a pandemic!!! And their management doesn’t either!! It starts from the top!! Totally unacceptable to screw up on this level not once but twice in one night. Worst $29.03 I’ve ever spent at any restaurant or fast food place. Had to throw it in the garbage because it was total trash food. Thanks Zaxbys… my peanut butter and jelly sandwich that I made was better than anything y’all made today!!
Food is overall good, but every time I order an extra ranch or zaxby sauce, I get charged for it, without receiving the sauce that I was charged for. It's like they completely ignored what I asked for, but remember to charge me for something they didn't even give me.
This Zaxby’s is always good and fresh!! The girls at drive-thru window are always smiling and very pleasant!Sometimes the line is long but that’s because of the pandemic but mostly because they consistently put out quality, fresh food!!!
Not a very good experience. The staff was friendly, however these are the wings that were supposed to be tossed in 'sweet & spicy' sauce. I tried to call and no answer. As you can see, barely any sauce. Bare chicken. Unfortunately my love for Zaxby's is waning.
When I come visit Georgia! I always come across Zaxbys! And it's one of the best wings I have tried! And the plate is satisfying! Very well served!
