I ordered a Buffalo Blue Salad. First of all I didnt like the fact that the staff tried to make me look ignorant! Cashier asked me what's wrong with it and asked me what do I think blue cheese is!? Not friendly at all! Blue cheese was wet and abnormal in color. I have been in the restaurant biz for over 25 years and know exactly how blue cheese supposed to taste look and feel, it's one of my favorite cheeses. I gave this restaurant a one star because I got my money back
I walked into the Zaxby's, and the heavyset-colored girl that was behind the counter was on her cell phone it was by the register and she had her head down it was about ten seconds before she even saw me. She looked up at me I told her what I needed and all she did was point. I would love to work here cuz I love being on my cell phone I love not talking to people who I'm supposed to help at that is my job.
Just got back from Zaxbys and here we sat disappointed, yet again. Not sure why I expected any different ? However, my husband had got one of the signature club sandwiches right after lunch last week that was amazingly good. So, this evening I decided to go try myself one only to get home and find that they gave us a plain ole sandwich instead. Not only was it the wrong sandwiches but they was cold and tasted awful like wayyyyy too much salt!! I also ordered a family fingers meal with bbq and honey mustard dipping sauces that they so conveniently forgot to put in the bag. It was not busy either so makes you feel so disgusted that it wasn't correct. $51 dollars is a lot to pay for food that is so disappointing and not edible. Moral of my comment is to avoid zaxbys on hwy 58 unless you want to be disappointed ? You may get lucky around lunch time but the evening crew are sure to disappoint you.
I ordered ahead, online. I got there and waited in the designated spot for online pick-up and waited for my order. Finally I called inside and told them I was waiting on my order. A young black lady hung up on me. I called again a few minutes later and a young black male rudely told me he couldn't hear me and put me on hold. I hung up after a couple of minutes and had to go inside to get my order. No sorry for hanging up on you or yelling at you or nothing. Also, I ordered original and was given buffalo. Discovered that when I got home.
Do NOT DoorDash from them and double check accuracy before leaving. Order accuracy is a really big problem and the employees couldn’t care less. Management and ownership don’t care either, or the issues would have changed over time.
This location is open for Dine-In. The food is fresh and delicious. The service was very good as well!
I only give 2 stars, because I actually got food....it was cold, the fingers look more like nuggets, the seasoning on fries was non existing. The toast was only toasted on one side, but its always been that way. The celery literally bent over without breaking. Last but not least I ordered several things the sauce on the boneless wings I had to flip and flip and flip again. Nope no sauce....
I called and talked with the manager. They do not season their chicken. They dump a bunch of sauce!!
First time i visited i had issues. Expressed the issues. Zaxbys "Niki" made it right. Their Cobb salad is wonderful. I will go back. Chicken plate was perfect. Thanks for the great experience and beautiful resturaunt. Yum! ♥️
I just spent $40 for food; I can not even feed my kids! Dried up, old wings covered in sauce that my child damn near choked on and cold overcooked, dried up fries slathered with season salt is unacceptable! My gosh! Does anyone take pride in their job anymore? How about the owners?
